use soap n hair dryer.. n stretch it to fit over da surfaces.. require lotsa patience.. did it fer my drz fork n swingarm.. now lazy alrdy.. spray black easier.. lolx~..! but powdercoatin shud last longer.. black is da new *bling!* ;)

got it at a the sticker shop.. juz beside tp hq.. da one makin no. plates.. ;)

 

where is tp hq? i wanna tint my headlight too! juz got my raider head! =)

 

bro hw did u paste the sticker to fit nicely,did u do some cutting or when u bought the stickers,the shape had already been done to fit nicely???

 

its actually all in the same shape.

i had to do some measuring n cutting of it. den stick on my parts, meanwhile stretching it sometimes.

if not nice, remove n do again.

spent quite a few metres of stickers juz on my fork n swingarm. =)

ahakz.. u`ve shud seen my drz wen it was orange.. da whole bike i draw.. cut n pasted da stickers myself.. lyk a huge drawin block.. lolx..!

 

newayz.. powdercoatin is the colour baked onto the metal.. more lastin den sprayin as fer spray.. the colour can be peeled of easily.. ;)

hehe.. thx fer da comments guys.. yeahz.. my drz i designed.. draw.. cut n paste evrytin myself.. took me abt 3 wks to complete though.. includin sprayin of hubs.. etc. tiring.. but a well-worth process.. lolx~..!

 

btw.. its a gpr end-can.. juz pasted da "akra" sticker fer da "extra-bling".. hehe.. akra fer da drz lookz different.. lyk those arrow-shaped end cap like arrow pipes.. n its not st-legal too..

 

back to da actual topic.. on my current s4.. i took out da crash bars n sprayed it.. was originally "faded-chrome".. den spray it red.. so it`ll be more even.. ;)

for your headers.. you must use high temp spray.. which is more ex than the normal spray can..

Rat bike - A motorcycle not necessarily kept in pristine condition, often painted matt black. Minimal maintenance and mismatched parts often used.

i sent my bike to bike workshop to get my headers sprayed with High-Temp paint,because it will be quite troublesome to dismantle ur headers,i gt it sprayed at uniquemotor and cost $35,anyway i am planning to get my crashbar spray black too and will check with unique the price when i visit them tommorrow

Headers u need to use high temp spray...

 

For crashbar, i touch up mine myself...Juz use some newspapers and tapes will do le...

*54163km change EO and oil filter, wash & tune carburetor 15/2/2008

*54971km new tyre, new brake pad 31/03/2008

*New Chain and sproket , new wheel bearing 03/07/2008

*Flush coolant and top up with engine ice,new radiator cap, wash filter and stebel horn 12/08/2008

*59194 change EO and oil filter 30/01/2009

yes,very troublesome,for my bike,i need to remove my side shrouds,bellypan and endcan before removing the headers

Kenji, I might wan to spray my headers but only a section of it cos I sprayed before my whole headers. Mine actually to touch up the front part de...
