Hey! Welcome! Nice ride you have. I'm using the same Komine saddle bags as you. ;)

The bags are fine, aren't they? They fit just perfectly and they look the part too. Komine make great gear at good prices. My mesh summer jacket, pants, boots, winter and summer gloves are all Komine. I reckon they provide the best quality gear for the price they ask. Honda makes better gear, but you pay more for it for sure.

Hi, everyone. I'm new to the forum. Used to ride Version S but stopped riding years ago. Joined to look for a transport bike for work and home.

Will be getting a Spec 3 Bol D'Or soon. Saw Dualta's Bol D'Or and was wondering if the head-fairing, apart from cosmetic difference, does it serve any purposes or affects the handling in any way? Thanks for the advices.

Not really, just the demand and supplies dont match at a certain point and most importantly LTA and inspection. I am sure that bolder ideas just not shared yet.

Im sure overseas bike are definitely more insane than ours here.

Overall we are naked bikes so there you go

Powder coating is still the best for lasting effect as the color sticks on better.

Try replicia or even auntie shop.

Hi S4 riders.. Im currently experimenting a custom project for S4.. you can take a look at my CMO..

Custom project

scroll down a little until you see CB400..

The custom project there is base on rough size estimation and therefore im not sure if they fit 100%.. So now I am looking for any brave souls that has intention to do a custom kit for their bike or is willing to leave their bike about one week for me to custom up the bike.. However the end product cant be for free but will have a special discount for that brave soul and regular price for others if interested..

Damn your bike is sweet, nice decor and beautiful Tri-oval Fire Spec. How the heck you keep the headers so clean and NO rust? Amazing stuff.

Thanks bro... just spend some time and lots of sweat every month with Meguire's metal polish will do the trick.

haha bro how did you maintain that 4 pipes? and where can i get it done like yours?

I d.i.y myself...

Just need patience n time to maintain..

All u need to do is to Sand them with Sandpaper (both Very Rough & Smooth type) alternately... Must sand them till they are super smooth or Minimal/No rust formed..

Once satisfied with the condition, wash with soap water.. Start the bike again to dry the header..

Look for any defect, if got continue sanding the header again n again n again till you are happy with it.

Again, use soap water to wash the header. By now, u must feel the smoothness without the presence of the header..

Start the bike again, to dry the header..

Prepare alot of used Newspaper to cover the FLOOR, your bike area ( Fork/Rim/Radiator/CrashBar/Engine/BrakeCalliper) n ect

Spray a THIN layer of HIGH-TEMP SPRAY, wait for it to dry.. (REPEAT THIS STEP AGAIN N AGAIN TILL Header looks acceptable to you)

NEVER SPRAY 1 THICK COAT OF THE SPRAY as it will crack in few days. Like they say, MANY THIN LAYER is better than 1 THICK LAYER.

Finally, wash again with soap water n start bike to see the finished product..

Personally, this header is made of cheap metal, Thus you 100% CANNOT PREVENT RUST FROM FORMING.

This is more of a "TEMPORARY SOLUTION" to make your header look nice compared to the Rusty that is a turn-off

Sanding may take me a good 3Hour under voiddeck, Spraying about 2Hr+ as u need to apply Thin Layer n ensure it has totally dried before next layer. Apply abt 7 Layer (dependin on you)

hi guys.. so far there has been many that are interested.. of which i had confirmed with two among them at the moment.. however, one had to back out due to personal reason and the other one sort of went mia.. so its still is open for those who is willing to pass me his bike for fabrication..

below is one of the superimpose that one of them request me to do for them.. its a b-king headlight cover design (just a head cowl.. and theres a typo in the pic), over extend rear hugger, sharp bellypan, side scoop..
