Exhaust Question

I've gotten my bike off a seller in sbf.

The bike was advertised to have a legal arrow with cert.

However after i bought it he told me he couldn't find the cert.

Inspection was passed a about 2 months ago and i have equal reasons to believe it is legal as well as illegal.

 

are there any methods to retrieve a copy of the cert from either an arrow agent or lta(since the inspection passed with the arrow system)?

i dun koe abt 'Arrow', but other street legal brands like yoshi, remus did come with a tag on the pipe itself.

mayb other street legal arrow user can coment on tat.
