cant take yet....v sad.....wana get a bike real soon...sum1 say he gt his at $2200 for a 2nd hand 1.....so envious....i gt my budget too......duno hw much la haha.....hopefulli can get a cheap one n can pay by instalments ya? i saw a black 1 damn chio.....sad i sept thn can take the theory.... sure will join u all if i do get a dna......sounds fun wit so many dna haha

Spider is riding the black one... Personally I think red is the nicest...

ya supposed to bring dna down then my jets came... so i brought it down for jetting... i put the biggest jet already 720/700! pilot 27.5 needle 3rd notch...

ram air to air box... arrow stomach..... my compression too high liao lah... must reduce... taking out block tonight..... tommorow bring to machining workshop...

You sure?????? Got typo error or not????? I"VE NEVER SEEN ANYONE IN MY LIFE running that jets! Sorry for shouting... ha.. Im just shocked to hear that..... Seem to me you pilots' too small... THAT'S A VERY MAJOR PROBLEM if you go track... Good enough for normal road use.. But not track... Well, that's just my 2 sen worth..

 

Even if your's a fully-sealed ram airbox (which I dun think so), there's no reason to use 720/700... Somemore you're using stock end cans right??

 

But in anycase, your compression may play a part.. Have yr bike been detonating?? You should be able to feel it what...

 

Whicj machinist? 'Fei Lou Tatt' huh?? He's damn crappy leh.. Spoilt a pair of my heads.. By right, with a 0.4mm reduction of piston height, a skim job shouldn't have much prob what.. Unless you skimmed way too much la.. Measured your CR before?

 

Whatever the case, still have to wait till your take yr cylinders out and see what's the prob.. Maybe can share some pix??

no typo error.... shock of my life also to see such big jet.. but its true... ya stock endcans... i not using head gasket... milled a oring groove to put o ring.. squish is 0.8 but the head i should have measure how many cc is it...amn... just bcos of my laziness...

OIC.. O-ring head conversion... I personally dunno how good/reliable is that... Are you using the proper oring conversion kit avail? And got some one certified to mill it?? If I were you' I won't be bothered with the conversion though...

 

I'll get the staright heads... They're oring as well, and better squish shape... Costs a bomb naturally...

ya i know vhm straight plug.. damn ex... i was thinking of using the stock heads and convert to straight plug.. of cos the combustion chamber shape must reshape... ya i believe my machiner is the man for the job.... so far his thing r still acceptable... its in amk... i believe its just slight seizure... after i stop stil can move the kick starter... well have to take out then know...

i'm on another long leave at august 22 to 26! so pls join me for track! advanced notice enough this time... all invited to join..... week day fee per hour is 35rm with minium requirement of full face, full finger glove at least a leather jacket, jeans and high cut boots.... ppl going to see also no prob... no entrance fee... ticket can share among riders too....

haha.. What luck is it to be spending yr time repairing yr ride instead of enjoying it... BTW, how's yr ride? Light seizure or full blown?

haha... good question cos i still have not take out my block till now... today went fishing with dad so tired now... yesterday on the net so i also lazy to take out only fairing exhaust and bottom head out only... already comfirmed is my compression too damn high.... other ppl head is 12cc and mine is 9+cc! on pumped fuel... race fuel can up to 10.5cc

sigh... took out my blocks... top one ceased.... block not too badly damaged.. still can use with the help of some sandpaper... piston badly damaged with sides chipped off... just reduce my compression.. we will see how it goes this time....:cry:
