Traction correction factor. This will yield the crank HP. Most will take the SAE non corrected figure for comparison. No, my friend, Temperature makes a LOT OF DIFF. Even with 4-5 degrees off the intake temp, the differences is around 10HP! Believe it a not! There are many ways to get a higher figure. When we meet up, I can tell you what stunts some tuners pull! :bouncefire:

cool man... but bikes should not have that much hp gain from temp cos the bigger cc should have more gains but with little effect cos of the hp to weight ratio... so when r we meeting up? me and stroker thinking of next week...

Thanks for the info. I`ll try 3X10gr and 3X9gr next week see if I can hit 7000 or 7500 RPM instant on take off. And merry christmas to all

its best that u try 13.5grams mixed with 14grams... in that way ur pickup would be mid range and top speed would b better......! I'm using 13.5g now and it works perfect... Its abt time I need to change... I travel a lot... next month will mix with two 14g... it wll be a gd mix...!!

I belive 13 gr would be too much for me; as in it will slow me down on flat out take off as it is I don`t think I get enough reving up happining. I want to slow down the gear change time in order to get the maximum power out of each gear (ratio). Anyway trial and error I guess. And guys check this site V5 and V3 V3 doesnt look that good but V5 is nice http://www.cfmoto.cn/product/moto/v5.asp

I doubt there are "NEW DNA's" in singapore. As what is left is left-over stock. Anyway, I also doubt they will be bringing in the new version of the DNA. As it is only in 50cc, but they made one improvement to the bike I love, and that is bigger tyre size!!!

Cheers...

Hmm....then any "left-over" not-yet-ridden stock left in any bike shops in SG?

Hey guys,

Really bored here. So gonna start this, how often do u change the below mentioned stuff???

1. engine oil

2. coolant

3. spark plug

4. brake fluid

5. belt, u-clips, rollers

And I am having a problem, my front brake disc, there is a variantion in the color in the disc, which I suspect was due to a previously bad brake pad, should I change the would disc?

cheers...

Discolouration is a sign of over-heating of yr disc. Can change, but wont do MUCH help to improve yr braking. Changing to a good set of brake p[ads is worth every penny. It improves yr braking alot. But maybe more importantly is how you use yr brakes.... You shouldn't depress the brakes little by little, and holding on the the lever while you're cruising to a stop.. It'll overheat the brakes... Give it firm jabs (not THAT hard to endo you of course)..

Think by right, roller and u-clip supposed to be changed in every 6k km. Belt every 12k... But I usually drag a little longer.. My belts have lasted me around 15k km without failure.. Malossi rollers requires more freqeunt changes (or should I just say they dosen't even last at all!!). Stock rollers and u-clips are good, very long lasting.. Safe to assume the same duration as the belt (I tried, hasn't failed me, but dun think its reccommended)

Engine oil and oil filter follow as per manual.. I usually change 'just about I feel like changing'... haha.. Damn slack..

Coolant seldom requires changing, just freqeunt topping-up will do.. Only changed it when I was doing my cylinder change..

Spark plug changes will always be done together with my eo change.

Brake fluid has been flushed and bled once this far.. Around 1-2 yrs or so, the fluid will deteorate due to the moisture in the air... Worst if you're using a higher DOT grade fluid as they're more susceptible towards moisture-induced deteoration.

One more thing guys, where u recommend to do the following stuff? Cheap and good too, was thinking of the 13.5g rollers, u-clip and what else need to change? What belt is best? The stock ones? Or the Malossi ones?

Cheers...

As belt dont use Athena brand because they are longer (just a bit) therefore making your engine do more RPM at the same speed. Sounds goog but it is not. Original comes in two type standart and kevlar kevlar is just a bit shorter and helps you with doing less RPM on the same speed. That is what have at the moment but only down side is exelaration speed is down and I`m tackling that problem with a lighter rollers now. This is my 3rd belt longest I used for 16.000 km but really 13.000 we should change. Better to be safe then sorry. Good luck mate.
