Randy- If you are reading this post, need to ask you, when i arm the alarm in the bike , how come the red flashing light in front don't work. How do i set the flashing red light to light up? Maybe other bros can help?

When you arm it, there should be a 5 sec waiting period, after arming, wait about that period of time, then whack your bike, the alarm should go off, first time is a short siren burst, smack again, it should set of the "full battle stations" alarm as I like to call it. If nothing happens most probably or hopefully loose connection, lift up your seat, and there should be a small black box wrapped in plastic, check the wiring, there should be about 3 or 4 sets of wiring, one for antenna, one for the "rain bow kueh" wires, and one is for the little flashing light.

Can i also ask, if i want to wash my bike, can i wet the whole bike or should i just use a wet cloth to clean it. I am afraid that the water might just get in the motor parts.

 

Is there a place in singapore that can send the bike in for grooming. Like for car.

Hmmm, splashing water is ok, just try to keep water away from the LCD display, normally for me I run the engine after washing as the heat is enough to evaporate any water near or in the engine block.

Cat Y1 hahaha I don't know what Reservist is as I have not even gone back once. No unit attached, no nothing since I RODed eons ago.

But do not splash water at the spark plug area also.. Water will go into the spark plug boot. Causing yr bike to run erratic!~
