Any comments on RJAYS Octane/RJAYS Other Models Mesh Jackets...?

hi peeps. i'm looking fr a touring jacket that comes with good protection. budget is $300 (or lesser hopefully! ) BUT ... must fit a woman's body nicely. Very few nice and good designs fr ladies. tia !

I believe a gd track suit should have leather (esp kangroo hide heard it superb) kelvar on shoulder eldow knees buttocks

Already bought the Rjays Octane. Tried it out today and it's great. Took out the waterproofing/thermal thingy tho.

i saw the alpine air flo selling for $230 at the Mah motor show yesterday. Quality is really first class. Got removable water proof liner. Its a cordura /mesh mixed jacket. The thickness of the cordura is thicker than some other well known brands i see. But spine armour is not included.

Went to Motoworld recently and saw this Komine JK412 jacket ($200) that has cordura mesh. If you feel its mesh, its different from other mesh jackets.

 

It also has hard amours at spine, shoulders and elbows. Also, you can fix an optional chest armour ($80) onto the jacket's internal pocket.

just wanna add on an rjays octane. under HEAVY rain the waterproof lining does not give way. NO WATER passes tru. 100% water proof. i am using an octane model itself. i recommend it. $150 at regina if u bargain hard enough.

imagine when in heavy rain no shelter (eps touring)

u gt to taKE out yr jacket then slip on waterproof lining

tink if the design is juz slip on exterior best....

coz tat time touring kana lah

Hi, for the guys who bought the Rjays Octane jacket, any lobang as to where to get a CE approved (or something more sturdy) spine/back armour to replace the original one which is just a piece of foam?

the octane jacket abit short sia... must wear my rain pants high high... they have a clip at the back of the jacket to clip on my rain pants.
