De' Xing is Ok if u talk thing out how u wanna make the bike before u Ride it OTR, but of course talk/negotiate for the price of the bike before how u wanna make it..they can give u warranty and paintworks free stuff/tyre...etc etc..

 

As long u pay what you use under hire purchase act, things will go smoothly.. this is my 3rd bike with them and im happy with them...Dexing@UBI

What makes this shop commendable?

 

When I first came to S1 motoring, I enquired the price of the K7 DRZ and Ah Mok patiently gave me the breakdown of the price without me asking him to. He quoted 12.7k OTR and clarified all my doubts. He even sat down with me and spent the next 30 minutes explaining everything. Didn't rush me at all. He then told me to think about the offer and not to rush. Asked me to survey other shops as well before making a decision. I went to Bukit Merah after that to see if I could get a better deal.

 

Went to a certain shop that I won't name.

 

Upon asking the salesman how much was the drz otr for me, he simply said "I give you very good price 12.4k otr..everything in" as he sat on one of the motorcycles displayed for sale. I said to him nicely "I'm really interested in getting it..don't you need to find out my age and riding experience first?" to which he replied "No need...12.4k brother...confirm with you..."

 

Needless to say I thanked him and left the shop. I went to another shop at over there and they also quoted me 12.4k but refused to give any breakdown. I had enough and went back to S1 motoring to speak to Ah Mok. I told him if I could place a deposit first and have the bike reserved for me. I placed a deposit of 500 bucks but was unable to make quick payment for the rest of the downpayment. A month has passed and I told Ah Mok that I won't be making the payment anytime soon. He said he'll reserve the bike for me for 3 months. 3 months later I came back and the bike that I reserved was well kept inside the shop. He kept his word and reserved the same bike for 3 months. I'd definitely get my future bikes from him.

this is the situation:

 

bought my sp there... before buy everything all can... want wad got wad. like god like that. paid D/P good game liaoz... called me to pick up bike say ready le... guess wad i saw?? sp without mirrors, both side footrest not there and no end can. when asked they say can fix in an hr time...

 

true enough they fix everything in 1 hr... halfway back home the rod connecting the gearshifter and the foortrest fell. there goes my new bike.

 

worst of all when ya return to repair during the 1 month period... they cant even be bothered to entertain ya... pretending they are busy...

S.1 motoring Service Sucks. yesterday went to collect bike from then reach there around 4.30 there closing at 5. When about to go ask them to pump air for my tyres the mechanic say oh we got no device to check your tyre pressure so cannot pump then ask them to put chain lub they say they don have only got engine oil . .. . WTF bike shop got no such devices! Went to their office to get the insurance, the office lady say original cannot give me only photocopy can ! WTF of cos i wan the original la i pay for it le stupid right! Then the office lady say when insurance expire next year must come back to them to do, if not i do outside they will ask me to pay the outstanding of the bike! WTF Wat logic is this? of cos insurance do outside ma let them do they charge us admin fee = paying more $$. Overall bad sales & admin experience with S.1 Motoring!

he help be do wiring and end up my air horn cannot use so when back to him in 2 months time alex took a look at my bike without doing anything and said i need rewire my whole bike cost more then 100 !!! so when to ubi de motor factor and he help me check and found out my fuse burn liao and help me change cost me 80 cents and still don't wan take my money =)
