haha...the thing is sometime ah...u buy a bike from a different shop but u wan to bring to ur own mech to touch ur bike...and cos of that...u cant claim the warranty...sometimes the shop that sells the bike isn't good at servicing/repair that bike so the warranty isn't really good oso....besides...when u got warranty not much use...cos they repair liao will give u secondhand stuff...and it wun last long...so to conclude....bike shops are killers...and we'll always be a victim one way or another..i hav a fren who bought his super4 a few years ago from a boss he knew for almost 10years....the boss was his fren ever since they started riding bike together...but when he bought the super from the boss...the boss chop him like mad....even until today when he has changed bike...he stills complains abt it...

2nd hands parts does nt mean faster wear n tear...

i so so many items all 2nd hands n there are no complains...

eng parts i oso have 2nd hands stuff like my advancer n it loook like new.....

i used to purchase a 2nd hand magnet coil fr then N1 performance (nearby simei n no longer ard liao) n it look spanking new ....

so it kinda sterotyping for 2nd hands parts....

i used to ride a wave 125....

when i get fr my shop....

2mths warranty ....

i wnet bck a week later to tell him my clutch keep slipping ...

he check n the clutch plates all brunt....

he went to get BRAND NEW clutch plate Fr AGENT (Boonsiew) ard $100+++

cant rem hw hw...

n all tis free!!!!!

coz gt warranty ......

tat is when i start intro ppl go there....

so far all my colleagues who rides or my kakis all no complain.....

 

regards to voiding of warranty...

i rem bringing my krr to msia ....

stripped my bike c gt wat prob...

then my msia mech say tis n tat prob (cant't rem wat prob but nt very maj)....

i rode for another wk

bring bck to shop for warranty...

they repair ....

bring bck to msia to check again....

and woa la....

they didi chnage the parts n brand new.....

i called bikebulance and he recommend me to a bikeshop at defu lane 10.. he say i can try my luck there.. as that shop does not open till so late everyday. he dun know the bikeshop name, exact adress. i can only try my luck ard lance 10. luckily for me when i reached there's a shop that is still open. that shop name difficult to pronouce.. G-something engineering.. at first i thought its a garage for cars but when i ride near it i saw many many bikes outside.

had a extremely terrible experience at WILL Motor 2day....absolutely terrible...i was asking abt reloan and the shop referred mi to one of the chinese guy working there...short and ah beng looking...he looked so retarded man....and he dun even know wad he's talking abt...den when he dono how to answer me, he went to this malay guy, it looked like the malay dude was teaching him how to chop me...haha....my fren who's had abt 10yrs of riding experience was with me and we were calculating and no matter how we calculated, the ah beng's calculation was always so much more, in fact it was $900 more in total, isn't it crazy? when we asked him to explain all he could say is that's the price i have to pay every month correct liao, he sounded so buay zai...den at the end he still quoted another 300 for lawyer fee..he say if i nv pay installment the shop will sue me, den i asked, so why still need the 300, he say mus hav. so in total he wanna chop mi an extra $1200 on top of an already very high reloan. Den i asked around bike shops i were familiar with, den i found out that Southern, VS, and Will motor were under 1 boss...but they dun lke to let ppl know their related....all i can say is....pls be careful when approaching these shops....

Sales man over there do nothing but talk. promised to fix my bike in 2weeks (including new spray) after i deposit the money.

 

After i deposit the money. the story changed~ they take forever to do the bike.

give me stupid reasons like " need photo of the ideal bike i wan so tat the incharge can spray it(which is a very common paint) , spray out of colour waiting for the colour to come"

 

so ya. delay and delay~ two weeks later i ring them. they said waitinf for spray to come. and didnt even touch the bloodly bike.

 

i dun understand why they wan to waste both mine and their time.

so guys hope u guys OPEN ur eyes and see which shop to buy from. = (

 

Ya...I had bad experiences at this stupid bike shop too. Give empty promises and lousy servicing quality. And they always drain all your petrol out if you put your bike there to service overnight... Think all their ppl drink oil as water... 1 word - 'CUIZ'

The boss there (Ah Beng) is very approachable and a very nice person. Not those typical guai lan mechanic ask them something very hard to get answer those kind. Even if you are a noob like me, he also wont cut carrot head. A heaven n hell comparison with S**** W**. Highly recommend ppl to go there for servicing. Cheers~
