Ada satu member gua relate ni story, minah dia gi apply kat this MNC tapi bila time interview kena reject pasal, she can't speak chinese.

 

Besoknya ada satu mat salleh called her asking her bila dia boleh start kerja.

He identified himself as the employing manager who wasn't around the day before.

 

Bila tu anak tanya "I thought yesterday your staff rejected me cos I don't speak chinese?"

 

The mat salleh dude said "It's ok. This is an American MNC and I ain't a racist"

 

 

On the other hand, satu member gua ni bual Mandarin sua macam bual melayu. Smooth gila. Gi apply for this job that he's qualified in and spoke in proper mandarin, tapi last last kena reject jugak.

What I can see in most instances, even in many MNC, kita memang slalu takde 'nasib' where executive position is concern kalau yg menemuduga tu is local . Tapi kalau nak apply jadi pak Ahmad, pak jaga, pak cleaner, pak delivery ... tu memang pon dah 'sebati'.
