Yup...even my wife commend to me that our local ppl dun really give much piority to emergency vehicles.....there's no strict restrictions nor penalties heard of from obstructing emergency vehicles rushing to places. Ppl only gave way to TP/ROV and Police cars with flashing lights, worrying for their dear wallets and license.....

In the States, any second longer we hog an emergency vehicle, the loudspeaker will start to make noise with the officer screaming at ya, making everyone drivers around you look at you, wondering where's your moral values.....and a fine will soon due.

I still like the rules they have in the USA for emergency vehicles whereby all vehicles on the road will have to pull over to the side and stop to allow the emergency vehicles unrestricted and unhampered thoroughfare.

Singapore can claim to be a modern society but sadly there are a few black sheep road users who really make us look like we never got out of the Jurassic era.

When one has lived and worked overseas for a few years... one suddenly realise that Singaporeans have much to learn about civility and social responsibility.

We have a long way to go towards being a gracious society.

they should have a recording camera on emergency vehicles that can be activated on demand. issue summons to all the roadhogs who do not give way to them

Was riding on a two lane road, right lane and I was gonna turn right. Suddenly this indian driver squeeze me out of my lane, and do a u turn in front of me, forcing me to zham brake. I give him a double dose of fiamm horns but he simply bo chup.

Should have taken down his number...crapper.

at traffic light near my office, i was between lane and bus driver waved at me smiling, i signalled to change lane at traffic and he smiled and waited for me to overtake him and i waved bk at him..... nice chap

'bump' into the nice bus driver again at same traffic light. he opened window and said, u go first keke

why cars like like to just cross double white line while joining the main and i was going straight. horn him but stupid M0therf00ker didn't stop causing me to swerve to avoid him

On Monday, was going to work in the heavy rain. Traffic super heavy.

Along KJE, was the third lane overtaking the slow moving vehicles.

Car suddenly comes up close behind me and high beams as I am overtaking a lorry. Rain falling heavily, visibility not very good so the overtaking was a slow and steady affair. Best part is... there is another vehicle in front of me and he too was overtaking slowly.

Car behind flashes high beam again and again. Actually quite aggravating to me, but I guess it would be intimidating to a new rider. Like what the fcuk?? Cannot wait for me to overtake and move to the left first??

Overtook the lorry, moved into the centre lane and waved him to overtake me. Car goes past me only to get blocked by the next car. He starts to high beam the car. But the car cannot move left or do anything coz the centre lane is also blocked by a row of slow moving vehicles.

Flashing high beam for what?? An exercise in total boh liaoness under such traffic conditions. Some more driving WRX.

Sometimes this happens to me too. But this is wat i normally do...

Y'll know how the ECP is during peak hour. Some gundu will just hod the extreme right lane? So, if there's a car highbeaming or tailgaiting me, i will just increase my speed a little, then when there's a car in front, i will just overtake the car and let the one behind tail him. Best if the left lane is occupied as well, then let me flash/tailgate the car. then i will move in front of the tailgated car and carry on riding...

once riding with a kaki on lane 2 of ecp at nite then from mirror got i car very bright light closing in on lane 1. then he over take a car from left n end up tailgate us then he end up can't go left nor right 'cos both side now got car he then high beam us WTF this losy nissan sunny want we nob to each other & open throttle pulling away from him then slow down wat for him to speed & try desperately to chase us as he close in we begain to pull away again & we can hear his car suffering trying very hard to keep up with us then as we exit rochor was kinda worry he will loss control & fly off the bridge as we know that exit needs some level of skill if not his car sure gone... make me feel kinda guilty worry wat if he really get into accident

bottom line is that there are countless drivers who are such idiots in incidents a/m but the best we can do is to keep alert and take note of their no. plats and share the info here to caution others.....

I really cannot understand this rationale.

Saw a guy today whilst on the way to work this morning, riding a NSR 150.

Changing lane and nearly kena knock by a car. Last minute car swerved and jammed brakes to avoid hitting him, and he reacted by swerving away.

Overtook him and looked at the rider...wearing very dark tinted visor and his mirrors were folded in!!!!

No wonder he nearly got whacked by the car!!!

Riding half blind with no mirrors.

Style got... brain definitely don't have!!

the rider deserved to be knocked down for his ultimate stupidity....

saw TP issuing summon on PIE near Bukit Batok..... muz be careful ar over there...dun speed....this type of situation saw at least 5 times along that stretch of road on PIE

YEAH... i hate this type of bike cyclist too. AH bENG brainless bike cyclist. I wont name them as riders. Not even fit to be one.

Paiseh paiseh... me also riding NSR 150 leh... but no worries. im aint no ah beng cyclist. I don wear tinted visor, cant ride without side mirrors, never ride without proper gears such as gloves, ff helmets, boots n long pants.

When car tailgate n high beam me when theres space for him to overtake me, i'll not speed up. I'll ride even more slowly. He want go faster? ok, i'll let him go slower.

sheesh....dangerous rider. at times i think it's also some black sheeps that made bikers loose the respect fr drivers as well. my 2 most hated things to c, it's the tinted half face helmet and mirrors folded in.

so angry!!! stupid car tailgate me so close then horn me. was on the right lane cos got lorry on the left. was already going fast at abt 100 on my bike taking a bend cos i wanted to get out of the fast lane to overtake to the slower lane.

i knew he was tailgating but he came so freaking close his entire car already appear in my mirror. fooking arsehole wouldn't stop n all he wanted to do was to push me out of the way. he probably pushed another rider out of the way as well cos i passed by the other rider and the car was definitely behind him.

like his freaking grandfather's rd!!

hope he loose his license for speeding soon!!!!!

best is this type of ppl kenna knock dwn then cannot claim insurance due to the dark visor and folded mirrors and also got summon frm TP for the above offences....

lol, u should slow dwn like 560, i love to do that .

but sometime when feeling moody, i go to the left and let him overtake then i be behind high beam him all the way till my exit

i always get tailgate by cars too!

and when i change to the left lane.. they changed with me too... so i will either speed up, if not juz ignore and travel my usual speed.. or maybe juz close my throttle.

alot of ppl think tt gals riding are nice to bully..

tt day i riding in between cars.. then somewhr behind got a cl 2 rider.. then i in a hurry so try to speed up.. then the rider like also picking up speed from some distance back.. then aft awhile he almost reaching me liao so i move into the lane to let him pass..

then once he pass mi only he suddenly frm our lane( lane1) immediately cut all the way to lane 4 there and exit expressway liao..

dunno wat he trying to prove.. super weird man..

and i hate it when on expressways also got cars can wind down window and purposely drive alongside to you and keep shouting out of the car..

wat i hate most is when even during heavy traffic also got some idiotic drivers can just cut into my lane suddenly without any warning and act as if nth happen.. and it gives mi great pleasure to squeezing in between traffic and stop by his window, stare at him when he's stuck in the heavy traffic, and then ride off, still in between cars.. muahahaha.. idiots.. heavy traffic lei.. they change lane liao also in the end LL gotta wait for the queue to move..
