the air around ITE West, along Bukit Batok Road to Choa Chu Kang Central, seems hazy. could it be just due to praying for 7th month or haze is back?

 

I think I smell haze when I was having my smoke outside just now. In Bouna Vista area.

One time, I was waiting in line at the queue to pump at my neighbourhood Esso. Waited awhile and then its my turn so I went in and started pumping. Finished, and so I walk towards the counter to pay. As I was walking, a lorry just enter in the petrol station and impatiently looks for an available pump. As impatient as he is, he park his lorry just beside my bike, took out the pump and started pumping his lorry. As he finished and putting back the nozzle back to the slot, I don't bother much about it, but what bothers me is he drips the petrol on my seat and my side cover as he was doing that. Finish paying and I asked "Uncle, why rush rush, the petrol all drop on my seat". And then he say "Aiyah, very fast very fast one", he taps the TouchNGo thingy at the kiosk and drove off. Then and there, I have to wipe off the petrol drips from my seat and side cover....haizz

Lol... I always move my bike to the side after done pumping and go to make payment... In case some **** like this happens.. Lol... And hello people!!! Long time no see !!! Lol

What to do? Move off and they think you want to run off without paying.

 

Ever once moved my bike to let a car pump petrol. Go to cashier and say pump number to make payment and cashier tell me its 40+ dollars. If not for being alert I would have just hand over my card and transaction done. Barely even pumped 10 dollars.

To be fair, in sg abit hard also. Most fuel station very small, wan to move where if car? If coz also got what duo say, scare u run off.

 

If riding, I will move if crowded, else I also dun bother. :/

Not much excitement riding today except for the normal drivers cuttin in. Stopped beside one and can even give me the blur look. :sly:

 

To the s4 rider. I know your bike bigger capacity and very fast with moriwaki exhaust. But still from stationary at side of road do check first if its clear to go into the lane. I had to brake and slow down just to avoid colliding into you and your pillion. Thank your lucky stars it was a bike and not a cement truck. Otherwise you would have become part of the road.

this morning during morning peak, was making a right turn at a big cross-junction with an 'island' in the center (bukit panjang ten mile junction). was the second last vehicle to make the turn before light turned red and stopped all of us inside the 'island'. behind me was the last vehicle, a pick-up truck.

 

I wasn sure, i though the pickup truck was jutting out of the island obstructing oncoming vehicles, so i moved forward beside the car in front of me to give him room to advance further in. the |d|iot honked me like i was obstructing him.

 

Light turn green, so i waited for the car beside me to move first because he was rightfully in front of me originally, and if i move we would have 'merged' our vehicles into a single lane.

 

pickup truck boey song i hold him up by giving way to the car, horn some more and forcefully move beside me to shove me out of the way. i raised my hand in anger.

 

next traffic stop he overtake and still got the cheek to take vidoe of me as he passed.

 

if anybody spot a video of someone scolding a guy with full face on a black ninja300, let me know the link, whether youtube or stomp or wateva. i go in blast the rear-hole driver. the clip probably wont show the whole incident, just him overtaking a ninja300 rider staring at him as he passed.

today while riding. on CTE towards town. got this ktm 200 keep riding in my blind spot.

then when i signal to turn out, he purposely move up to block my way.

wtf u wanna die go somewhere else to die alone. dun drag me down with u. my kid is still at home waiting for me.

u go try that stunt on a cager who dun bother to check blindspot and see what happens

yeah u can get insurance claims.... IF u survive the sideswipe on a busy highway with no vehicles running over you

Since I wasn't in a hurry, felt that it was quite long since I help adjust somebody's mirror. So... Planned my route, check right blind spot, signal and change to first lane, go close to said van and high-five his side mirror!

Hehe... Same same... But remember wear gloves so the glass doesn't cut u if it breaks... I hit a Lorry's mirror too hard one time before, it broke and my small finger had a cut. Lucky no glass poke into my skin. Lol...

Indeed, most gas stations I've been to in the US, attendants seem to prefer that you pay before you try to move your car, rather than after. There are also some which instruct you to do so per sign-boards. Heck, some will need you to prepay before pumping... seen this in Malaysia too. Gas is serious $$$ now!! (well, maybe not as bad for motorcyclists! )

 

If you're going in to pay, and not waste time, I can wait...

was in the cte tunnel this evening, changing lane from 3rd to 2nd lane. Had this volvo changing lane from 1st to 2nd (into the one I'm going into). I tapped my horn, checked if he backed off and accelerated to clear him with a hell lot of space to spare.. He had to hold his horn for a good 10 seconds.
