Which is why whenever I see in my mirror that a car is going to try and squeeze me, I just jut out extremely not exceeding the white dotted lines.

However, there are many times I've overlooked.

yes cars will squeeze u out if u are not lane splitting. We are treated like pest on the road. push here and there.
Sadly it seems to increase as time goes by. Which is quite worrying. If only got Shaolin soccer power. Can see flying cars.

When u guys say squeeze, u mean u in the lane but car wan to move in beside u?

I never kanna this before but squeeze in front of me yes. If can slow, if can't, Siam or move to side and in front.

Not just move in but want us to get out of the lane not caring if we were to swerve out to avoid it we will most likely be hit by another vehicle on the other lane. Perhaps these drivers have tunnel vision.

I hope they have tunnel vision when there's a LTA or TP plate bike infront and just squeeze .

Exactly what I meant by them not following riders but able to follow cars (EVEN SLOWER ONES).

They have this strange ego/pride thingy going on.

But they would gladly follow behind a LTA or TP plated bike and not squeeze, freaking cowards .

They are the sort of people who would pull up next to you and attempt to change lane with you in it.

Today while riding to work, saw the aftermath of an accident at clementi road outside NUS, biker got flung onto pavement (RIP, covered by police tent), bike was in 2 lane of 3 lanes, right side of bike trashed, did not see any skid marks (maybe I missed it), had colleagues told me that it was a hit and run accident. Had CID or maybe different department taking photo of accident at scene. Felt my body turn cold when I saw the scene, a good reminder to myself to be always be alert and ride safely. Tried to take video of scene but end up my camera had a dead battery.

My posts are based on peaceful discussion, honest questions happy jokes. If for any personal reason u find my post not suiting your ego, scrolling and clicking is always faster than typing. Not hearing my retorts to your rude remarks only means I have confirmed that your upbringing is that of barbarians.

Today morning while travelling to work happen to see BMW GS1200 stopping beside me at traffic light, being someone who loves adventure bike design, I began to scan his bike admiring it. While scanning his bike I looked at the rider for a brief moment and continued scanning to the the box but was immediately drawn back to the rider. Why? He was wearing his JC uniform, I do not know which JC he is from (White shirt and navy blue pants) but at 1 look I knew he was JC student cos he looked superbly young and I immediately started doing calculations inside my head about the time he took to get his Class 2B license all the way to Class 2. While calculating I was following him in lane 3, half way riding, he decided to filter to lane 2 while tailgating a bus in lane 2 with a car behind the bus with a length of a car, what caught my eye is he did a last minute signal while on the dotted lines and then immediately moved into lane 2 without checking blind spot forcing the car behind to jam brake.

Taking the current law, you can only start taking your class 2B the moment you reach 18 years old. Taking into account if you study express stream 4 years, you will graduate secondary school at age of 16 and proceed on to JC for 2 more years before NS, which by then you will be age 18. Taking into account if you study normal academic 5 years, graduate at age 17, enter JC for 2 years graduate at age 19 followed by NS. By calculation of taking each individual class of license, you need to wait for 1 year in between from class 2B to class 2A followed by from Class 2A to Class 2 (correct me if I am wrong for class 2A to class 2) and the waiting period needed for class 2b's basic theory test (2 months) and each TP (another 2 months).....Is it possible to get your class 2 during your JC time? If not, then it sounds like an illegal rider to me.

Ain't no big deal, just asking for clarification.

Basic Theory test 2 months waiting period, 2013 era when I was taking my class 2B.

Yesterday when riding (was too tired to post last night LOL)

I was heading home via BKE along with many Malaysians too... Just after the SLE exit before SLE merges with BKE, I witnessed a self skid accident... a Honda Phantom skidded first and rider fell. The FZ16 behind it tried to brake but skidded with his pillion. I was just right behind the FZ16 and also jammed brake after seeing the FZ16 started fishtailing. Luckily I managed to bring my bike upwards if not I'll end up like them. The phantom rider had his hip injured and bike was alright. The FZ16 rider had his shoulder dislocated and the pillion just had some scrapes. Luckily they were wearing armored jackets if not I couldn't imagine what worse could happen to them. Attended to them and helped them call 995. It's my first time seeing riders helping each other out despite some of them were rushing home. SCDF arrived on scene 10 mins after I called them.

Conclusion: PLEASE RIDE WITH CAUTION DURING THE RAIN. No matter how experienced a rider is or what, other's may not be and may cause us to injure ourselves!

Newbie here need comments on the video posted for this driver in the blue car, considered abrupt lane change? I was shocked while checking left to filter out of AYE.
