Hello brothers,theres an rxz with an old plate i want to buy..do anyone noe where to like restore the engine in JB or singapore..so like make it can "Go" n have extra power...coz now the engine like very slow..n how much if restore engine like dat..thanx..

 

The true rxz-ians please help!!wanna bring back this babe back lah..

For RXZ not that expesive, just change $200 is more than enough to make your bike more powerful. Like mod your pipe, change jettings, change sprokets and chain. If you need to port your engine, then it need slighty more...

Hm...ya bro hyp3soul...I used my bike less than 6 mths...and..its a new bike ah...bought a first handed one ma...so...no need right...? just wondering..then when should I like full service or sth to make sure its in tip top condition..? coz If whack whack whack too much later will wear n tear ma...right? thanks in advance... and...

 

I am selling my Givi Box E26NC..base plate with rack and the metal adjustable angle head for just $45....the Rack and the steel head is just few weeks old...the box is just a few months old...anybody wan? condition guaraunteed...erm..the box outlook is similar to E16 slim...just that its abit bigger...looks nice and matching with RX-Z

This motorbike is 1998 model, run around 200K, Yamaha RX-Z 135cc, fairly good condition. (requires battery + seat cover change)

 

What would be the market price? Anyone can guide?

hi all rx-zians,

i really sian of my rx-z becos always giving me problem. yesterday just spent $200 to change parts like

1. socket

2. chain(heavy duty)

3. wash carburator

4. change plug

5. change engine oil

6. change tube

7. change the bearing at the handlebar

8. change speedometer cable

9. towing becos my bike tyre burst in the middle of the road

 

i told the mechanic my bike's idle will b high (ard 3000rpm) when i come to a stop. then he said do servicing like change oil, spark plug n wash carburator. but still the same after servicing. another problem is my front suspension, i think previous owner fell b4, so suspension a bit out n when my bike coming to a stop, it wobbles. very hard to control... haiz... i tink i wanna sell it away.

Haha.... bro bubu and bro hyp3soul...haha...not rich la...piangz...that time found the box and rack...then use use..sekali find that not very used to it ah...AND!! everytime want to park main stand can die!! haha...so heavy la I find it...that time my bike almost dropped becoz of this...lucky got a fren help me tahan...haha~i guess...more of a personal preference ah...hmz..haha...find my Z looks nicer and runs faster without the box ah...

I'm so sorry for you bro. This is what you get sometimes if you buy a 2nd hand bike. Get someone experience to test ride the bike before buying.

 

There are few factor to your problem. Broken gaskets in your engine might do your bike timing goes up and takes sometime to rev back low. If you don't find any leakage anywhere, then its your jettings. Change your pilot jet. Previous owner might change the pilot jet too large. Change to standard size.

 

For your 2nd problem, check your rim, is it align? If not, tune it straight. Next is your hub bearings and check your brake disc as well, make sure its not dented. Since you've already change your cone bearings, I can only figure out these possibilities.

 

Pls. reply to this post if any of these solve your problem so anyone can learn from here if they got the same problems.

Ya la... Now became mat rempit oredi everythings heavy har! Putting your bike to main stand is the first lesson you learnt at driving centre when you want to take your 2B. Hahahaha.... Ridiculous reason.

Hai bloodybaguz, looking from ur avatar. Ur RXZ taillight cover on top got the handle bracket rite? Where to get something similar like that and it comes with brakelight also? How much the price roughly and does it come with yellow in colour? Thanks in advance.

wow, u sounded so experienced like a mechanic?

 

anyway is the pilot jet in the carburator? is yes then cannot be becos i went to 2 shops to ask abt this problem, both shops check n clean my carburator n reported no problem. i guess it's the casket problem ba.

 

as for the rim, i changed before when the problem persists so i guess it's the suspension slanted.

 

previous owner is my close friend n he is not those who like to change this n that. further more i been riding the bike for more than 3 years n i think i have changed most of the parts including top overhaul.

To bros n sis who is riding rxz...Hopefully im getting an FD rxz this monday,its an stock bike..getting it at a quite reasonable price..

 

I juz passed n im really into rxz..i hope to bring up this baby back...

 

What i planned was to "jack"the rear using the high suspension(if dats what they call..)..to bring down the fog...n do some maintanance to the engine..coz the previous owner said dat its not much power..n where could i find a speedometer with the white background..LYK DAT!HAHAH..

 

Do u noe where i can do all this at a reasonable price?coz im serving NS n not so much cash..ehehe..
