Hi all..

 

saw this rxz below my block.. the headlight's gone.. dunnoe whus one is it.. been there for quite sum time.. i think its been stolen or sumthing then the fella left it there.. if anyone noes whus it belongs to, u can find it lying below blk 238 of bukit batok east ave 5.. really sorry for the person.. whu ever it belongs to..

so u buy it wif paint for 110 or u sent ur swingarm for welding n paint?

if u got it another piece, the old piece u still got?

Got important newbie question;

 

When you turn on your ignition, will your headlight turn on? Mine will only turn on after the engine start and the light will brighten as you rev. First I thought the battery is weak so i buy new battery but it still the same (but now I can turn blinkers and horn before starting the bike so I guess my old battery is quite weak).

 

Is this normal on RxZ?

 

Oh, and I think I bought the wrong battery - wet cell one.......should've get Maintenance Free one right? Where to get and how much?

Hi RXZ bros...i've been looking ard for rxz for my 1st bike....Its a 2 stroke bike right which needs 2t...But wat does premix means..?? This fella say his bike running on premix which i donno wat izzit...

premix means petrol n 2t r mixed together.. wich means u add in yr 2T into yr petrol tank together with yr petrol..

yes rxz needs 2t. there is one compartment for 2t n when u run the bike, the 2t pump will pump to the mixture in the carb. if premix is they did not put the 2t inside the compartment. they put it inside the tank to mix with the petrol.

Hi guys, i'm new in this forum. anw been riding rxz for abt 9 months. Just haad my piston changed and finish running in.

 

Just want to ask, my bike is all stock except the exhaust is racing. everythings fine but found out that the fuel not enough as i notice when i change spark plug, the old one is always black. any ways to solve tis problem?

 

My mechnics told me to increase main jet . will increae in main jet means using more petrol?

how much u all travel b4 reserve, roughly how many km / l ?

no need to change anything. just add inside ur tank accordingly. by how much, normally the 2t at the back got state. depends on preferences. mayb u shld check wif other bike owner using premix. cos im not using premix so cant advise u. check whther ur bike the 2t pump still working. if still working, no need to use premix lar unless u dun mind the hassle.

wat do u mean by racing exhaust? modified or completely racing exhaust?

how do u noe tat ur fuel not enough? spark plug black means u running rich tat means fuel is enough. or maybe too much 2t? too much 2t will also foul ur plugs. u must noe wich part is running lean. of cos increase in jetting will increase fuel consumption. have a good mech to check ur bike. if jetting is not done yet after changing pipe, pls do so or u face frequent change of ur piston n ring. but u must noe wic jetting to change.

 

there are 4 jetting. pilot jet, needle jet, jet needle n main jet. ask the mech. he shld noe. if he dunno then

 

so far havent meet any good mech in jb. so cant advise u on this.

if u ask me, i oso havent got my bike properly tuned yet. mayb soon. if i tried n test is ok then i can share wif u all.

 

PS: racing pipe is illeagal.

13 litre i tink so. if u go hong leong yamaha webby they got state.

mine no reserve switch so cant keep track on the FC. if im not mistaken reading it somewhere the petrol consumption is 32km/litre

sorry but spark plug is white not black and yes i think my pipe is complete racing. tried to increase main jet but bike doesn't run smoothly on low speed. only when i open throttle big big, then bike will run smooth. so i change back to standard jet.

 

i increase the air intake by removing the air filter near side board and beside 2t tank. bike when smooth but plug is still white.

another thing, i've been wanting to know how people paint their engine cover. i've always wanted to paint chrome but don't know how. any one can care to share?

paint chrome ah......??? i think its the use paint remover on the engine cover den polish.. or buy an already chrome cover.

 

if u disturb the airbox all dis ryte, tuning must be tuned to the modifications, is dis correct?
