hello guys..i got prob ah..i jz overhaul my engine last few day n today my bike cnt go above 120km..n juz now at aye i force it above 120km using 4th gear..sud my bike black out..two times sia..but my piston not jam..y ah??.the 1st black out i nearly accident juz nw,lucky driver bhind me so alert..if not he SAMBA me..phew!! haiya..nxt mth wana go pasir gudang sei.. calat sia..any1 got dis prob b4????

huh??! how come leh?? when was the last time u had your cylinder block rebored?? seems like u need a bike check up.. could be your con rod, pin bearing, piston and rings..

 

i haven't went for full servicing since i bought my bike seh..

been lyke 2 mths plus..

now da gaji so i tink i'll go jb and have my bike checked out..

i'll keep in mind on those things thx..

but mayb my clutch plate oso wear out

so muz change..

how much is one piece of clutch plate?

both m'sia n sg?

preferably the original one..

Eh overhaul must do running in wad? Did mech say anything about running in?

Original Clutch plate in SG $10. Preferably buy here in SG coz in Malaysia their orginal also not good. Hard to trust ah.

Btw haven't done servicing for 6 months haha. Goin next month.

 

About the case of missing bikes eh, all should noe by now, rxz keys can ignite certain other rxz of diff plate. Just be careful. My key can ignite my friend's FW plate easily with ease. Tarok padlock the most basic security ah.

i do run in bro...but wen i riding at 70km,my bike very bobok..like wan to die,so i try to make my combustion piston work w a low gear..but in e end i get dat result..but strange lah..juz nw my bike nvr black out..only not so smooth..mmmm...

my mech told me not to b above 120km bro..the thing is is last time i run in at 130km my bike nvr like dis..haha..my bike gg t b crazy anyway i still love my z...hehe

Bro got problem with my zek, my bike very hard to reach 100km/h everytime reach 105-110km/h got this unpleasant sound from the block like want to seize...i change my jetting size to 230 still same lei... drop gear oso same only noise loud tapi tk jalan...wat might be the problem?

Does anyone know how much does it cost to change the cone bearing at JB?im tired with my bike giving me another problem after another is fix...(Duit TerbAng je -_-'')

 

oh ya even my meter now is not accurate.the needle go up like a wave..(move up and down when reach 100km/hr).

Luks like meter wana nazak liao... Last time I hear cone bearing is 70 rm...

that's quite expensive compared to what i expected. what i'm actually concerned about is:

1. is there a white catalyzer fairing, since i've never seen a white catalyzer rxz before.

2. will i have to make any modifications in order to fit the catalyzer head, as the position of the signal lights are slightly different.

Hi-speed bearing is those bearing meant for d internal part of ur engine. If i'm nt wrong there are about 7 sets. Supposed to make ur bike runs faster as in u mod ur bike but there are more to juz changing ur bearing alone. But da best is to use Heavy-Duty bearing which wld last longer but its more expensive ard $100+ per set.

Its about $30 juz for d head or front fairing only. Not sure bout da white colour cos usually saw black only, but u can have it painted in white.
