Hi @h loNg, I'm riding a Gmax 200 liao, review on motor culture would most probably be on the next issue around Oct or november like that. most probably my bike would be inside like this mth issue, only got picture there

 

I'm still monitoring the bike at different situations and riding styles before i will give my full review. Please stand by for my essay coming in soon

Could someone tell me If they know of any company who could send me a new seat for my Gmax 125 as the version we get here in the UK is different from the East Asia version, I find I am slipping forward when riding. I am sure Alvin had a different seat on the Gmax accessories list. How much would it cost to ship to the UK?

Our seats slip forward as well.

 

Most of us had to reshape our seats.

Its good to have free kopi but gonna be busy for the next few days.. tell you what, maybe some of the senior Gmax riders here can help to organise a meetup then can compare the "power" between the two types Will inform you once i'm much more free to arrange a meet up else i think maybe arnd next week the 1st batch of Gmax 200 might be in ..... gotta wait for gmax scoot to convey the good news, i'm waiting for them too

on the way ther n back u will be touring abit via 2nd link n some small town roads wif holes here n ther on PG highway n finally a ride on the track

Pick-up & Top speeds differs on each bike although the engine capacity are the same, & have to depends alot on the rider also.

PGO G-Max 200 is made in Taiwan. PGO have been manufacturing scooter since early 80s'. PGO scooters have been selling scooters world-wide in more than 30 over countries. They have recently added 4-wheeled racing buggies to their range of bikes.

Parts are reasonable priced. Ask the G-Max riders n you will knw the ans.

7.5L.

G max 200 Max Power is 10.2kw / 7250rpm

Max Torque is 15.0 N-M / 6000rpm

 

Pick up will be slower than Gilera Runner 06 as its max power is 21bhp / 15.4 kw

It's true that runner have more HP. but's that when u reach 9000rpm.

G-max reaches the max hp of aprox 16?hp at 7500rpm.

 

Besides Sohc 2 valve (G_max) Theortically have better low end

 

And SOHC 4 valve (runner) Theoritcally have better high end.

 

If you like low end power, Gmax.

 

High end power, runner.

 

What I like about Gmax is the stability (due to longer wheelbase? and the rear suspension setup).

 

And the next thing is fuel consumption. At $1.8 a liter for 98 before discount for current fuel price. I sure like my FC to be around 30~32km/l (G-max 200)

 

Rather Than runner at 24~26km/l.

 

Finally, I like Gmax hassle free air cooled system. Lesser problems.

 

AND. Comsumables like belts, filter. The cost will always win runner.

Gmax is a worth while scoot to ride on. fun bike with affordable parts n lotsa accessories to choose from.
