The only place I know is Lim Ah Boy or Regina .. thats the only place i know to get such stuff (: U can try google helmetboys.com but idk if they have those with design on it.

The keyword is "cheap".... once bikers see that.... automatic Lim Ah Boy already... LAB really no horse run.

may be hard to find... my suggestion - buy a cheapo plain one and airbrush your own design onto it..

Guys, my throttle like stuck stuck .. when i twist (open throttle) it will stuck at the twisted pose, it wont close throttle by itself back. Which part ned to spray WD40 ah ? I nver open the throttle part before so dunno what to expect. See the service manual they nvr show what to expect. or is it my throttle cable need change (i also duno how to change that, LoL)? advise please . Thank you ((:

Disassemble the throttle housing (2 screw) observe how it is connected first.... the DC the cable.. spray down the cable housing. Then take out your grip.... spray the metal handlebar then put back the grip. Put everything back together. Problem solved.

EXTERIOR

 

No cracks on fairing, paint lak sek, most importantly no engine oil leaking on the ground.

Fork seal not leaking, Rear gantung not leaking (this is serious if it is)

Tires not warped or botak

Chain not rusty, sprocket not sharpened

no obvious cracks on engine casing. Frame no bengkok

Check for scuffs on the footpegs/handlebars/axle nuts/Mirrors. If its scuffed, chances are the fellow crashed the bike before.

 

MECHANICAL

No rattling noise on startup when engine is cold.

No white smoke coming out from exhaust

Test the suspension pushing the fork downwards repeatedly. If too soft means no fork oil or leaking. Jump up and down on the seat... if its soft, same thing... gantung leaking or spoil.

Smooth gear shifting, if not smooth engine oil old or clutch plates worn out already.

No rattling coming from chain and sprocket when on the move

Check all lights, signals, horn, battery to be in good working condition.

Check brake pads for "meat" and "makan". Check brake fluid by pressing the brakes, too hard or too soft is no good, probably time to service the brake pads and fluid.

 

SERVICE HISTORY

Ask the fellow how often he chaned engine oil and sparkplug

Ask recent service history: What he has done with the bike, change what parts

Ask for fully stock parts, mods complicate the bike and are prone to breakdwon.

 

If he cannot answer any of the service history. Just walk away. No point buying a lemon.

Thinking of installing sliders for the bike to protect the bike if fall while parking ...i saw some bike fall while stationary in the carpark, heartpain if i were the owner..Any recomendation for it...

I recommend side boxes.... i fell, crashed, dropped and bike kana bang many times but the side boxes tahan all of the impact. Fairing still tip top... well save for a few hairline scratches due to small stones on the road whacking into the bike while riding.

I already have a rear box..For me i prefer not to have a side box...Anybody have any recomendation place for slider without cutting the bike frame..
