Yeah i had speedo issues... needle keep jumping around.... changed speedo cable and problem was solved.... try that first... its the cheapest option.

there's no wild fluctuation for my case though

went to do a speed comparison with car. turns out that the speedo error built in for 2B bikes no longer apply for my bike. hahaha. when the car traveled at 90kmph, my speedo shows the same speed!

Wanted to ask you guys, battery weak, hard to kickstart bike or not?

 

Hard to start bike in the morning.

 

After idling for quite some time in school, hard to start again.

 

Initially I thought was plug issues. But I changed the plug and it's still the same.

 

I highly suspect it is the "MADE IN CHINA" brand battery bought from ah boy..

ouch...hope u dint kena too injuries from the fall?

try to retain the bolt-shape holder and the metal plate that comes w/ the stock footrest.

the last time i changed to aftermarket footrest, the mechanic had to re-use these 2 parts.

i.e. the aftermarket ones may not fit as well.

Hi guys, i just encounter a problem today while starting the bike.

 

1)Turn on the key Neutral light, lights up

2)Press the igintion button but bike can't get started (heard some sparkling sound only)

3)Horn seems to be not working with the bike on

4)Push start the bike and amazingly it starts

5)Battery and horn was changed on 27th Dec 2011

6)Horn is very soft when bike is running.

 

May any kind soul out there figure out whats going on with my bike.

 

I believe it may due to rectifilier problem mentioned by the previous owner, where can i replace one and how much is it.?

 

Bro, last time happen to me also, but happen abt 20 days aft chg new batt, black batt where you need to wait abt 30min aft they top-up batt water b4 install back..

I buy the gel one's, orange colour. Now using abt 2yrs, still ok..

Bro, i ever used 14/44!! Not gd for everyday use, rpm very2 high! But if short curcuit best!!! Jb rd jam with racing exhaust lagi best.. Hahaa..

Now using 15/44, ok for me, for long distance, my weight 80kg with box can still reach 145++(standardexhaust) racing exhaust, 155++ with standard mainjet.
