ok i tried today but all i got was 8.920 litres. Don't know how you do it.

Anyway help me out. This had happened twice. I believe its the cause of shaking and shaking and shaking while refuelling. Btw, my skills suck so always spill petrol onto the 'longkang' at the tank area there.

Ok this is what happened:

I was travelling back from JB when the bike suddenly lost power and died. Attempts to restart the bike immediately were in vain. So i waited for like five minutes, raise the idling speed and start the bike. It was fine. I even managed to reach home safely. This has happened twice.

Ok what the hell caused my bike to die all of a sudden. PISTON JAM/CEASE? OVERFLOW? OR WHAT? Could it be because of my refuelling habit? Before dying there's this constant 'pulling' feel when i ride before it died.

Ladies and gentlemen i need your advice.

Thank you in advance.

Happened to me before last year. It happens when u whack ur bike anyhow and the engine overheats. Next time when this happen look at ur temp meter.. If it looks like very hot.. den thats d reason la.. dats why u cannot anyhow whack.. as in low gear..high speed.. or high gear low speed.. as in dun drag ur bike all d way..engine can overheat fast .. so engine dies.. den u have to cool it down before start agn

well, TT900 should be overkill for me already. i'm using the stock IRC now and i have no issues with it as well. in fact, i'm quite satisfied with the performance of it.

It used to happen to me too when i first got my bike...Ya and i dun think itz temperature prob ah. But itz the transition between high speed to low speed ah. As in if u anyhow change ur gear from high speed... Will cause engine to lose power and die off.. I dunno ah if itz true. Any1 can clarify this...

Hmm a lot of ppl say tt the stock IRC tires like damn jialat.. Like very easy buang and stuff. Dunno lah eh. Personally, i believe in investing in a good set of tires ah. Ttz the part of the bike ttz in contact wif the road all the time anyway. So yeah =)

irc tyre is gd.. bad is only on slippery surface sort of like marble ground/wet surface.. both will make it slip away.. but if we are not on high speed/tight turn it function well enough i suppose.. but sometime the shock is enough to scared liao.. i used my irc tyre for 1yr+ too mah.. n was said it dont even wear out can last veri long.. sure consider cheap..

Anyway the IRC tyres i'm using now, i do burnout and corner till the footrest scrap also still treading thick but i heard people say that IRC no good. I scared later i corner, corner, corner then fall. lol.

So whats the judgement on IRC tyres?:cheeky:

Bro, the weird thing is that i was travelling at 80 km/h and RPM about 6. Then all of a sudden the bike lost power and died. Any idea why?:cheeky:

CBR150s are made in Thailand, so the IRc may have been design for Thai road - there the surface a little more rough. SG road surface may be a little more smooth esp if it is wet ............. so pls becareful........... mate

I beg to differ on stock IRCs being very jia lak. i'm using Metzeler M1 on my other bike, and riding on stock IRC on my CBR feels quite adequate actually. or issit i'm just going too slow? i can't go so fast lah, my heart cannot take it. :cheeky: :cheeky:

btw stock is 100/80 for rear rite, i think mine also 110 for rear.. so hows ur fuel consumption? mine rear is larger than stock and fuel consumption at most 36km/l..
