When I'm moving off at slow speed, I'll hear a screeching sound which sounds like it's coming from the hind half of the bike. But as I pick up my speed, the sound goes away. Any idea where it comes from? I'm thinking the chain..

brakepads should be replaced as and when they are worn out

once it reaches ard 1 to 1.5mm of thickness, should get them replaced immediately already

new pads have a thickness of 4mm based on my personal estimation

it is quite difficult to describe how to physically check the condition of the brakepads unless you have seen them fresh in packaging + how they are fixed. if in doubt, can always check with yr regular bikeshop~

i recommend getting Gold Fren brakepads from FJT. works pretty well under both dry and wet conditions.

Hi all, urgent help pls..just got my 2nd hand cbr 150 last week from motortiam...but i found that my bike's vibration getting stronger after 5k rpm(bike is smooth below 80km/h) ask the mechanic but he say it normal ...

Its that true or something wrong with the bike ?? Motortiam give me 2 week warranty ....

appreciate any help Pls..

it should become smooth again as u go higher. i believe it's normal, my hunch is that it got something to do with reasonance. welcome to the family too. have a safe and enjoyable time riding

dont mind me saying this..

but i dont think its normal..

remember i had a pblm last similar to this...

ended up my bike could only go 80km/h and no further and vibrate alot

went to mechanic and find out that the thing that operates the valve was spoiled.

i still remember the cost for me to change that thing..

its $70

that thing i cant remember wat it is called.. but it starts with a T

The tree-lined avenue

Begins to fade from view

Drowning past regrets

In tea and cigarettes

But I can't seem to forget

When you came along

Ingenue, I just don't know what to do

Or is there anyone who have any comments of a "CBR150 with box"??

Ermm, dunno bout this but the bike with box nice but w/o box even nicer. The pillion seat compartment so much bigger compared to other bikes in the same class.

My friend ride SP jealous sia, i can keep passport, gloves, hair wax, small note book and whole stack of Embarkation Cards but still have some space to put a bit more things.

Cool right that compartment. Only that thing cannot keep helmet la. lol.

hi guys.. thx for the earlier posts!!

Another thing is.. since this bike is so small and light, can it tahan myself (78kg) and my pillion (65kg) easily?

Will it very much affect my FC..

Also 2 fleshy ppl sitting of this.. will my pillion feel uncomfortable??

*Oh yea.. Just 1 extra thing to ask.. what does it mean when ppl say this bike is full fairing??

I'm about your weight and i pillion my dad whose weight is about 70+ too.. it can tahan but u can feel the engine working harder and must adjust ur mirrors.. full fairing i guess it means the body of the bike.. unlike eg. rxz it does not cover the parts of the engine..

handle bar can feel loose meh ? maybe ask the mech to use the compress air and adjust adjust abit lo..

wont u all feel uncomfortable wif pillion 60+? me myself also 80+ though.. also depend how the pillion sit mah.. if sit straight or towards the back, dont u all feel handle bar cant make smooth turn compare to normal? or maybe u all dont squeeze much wif pillion..
