btw if i'm not wrong, her passenger on board are consider not really that eligible to be her witness, his/her statement will not carry that much weight as compared to a third party witness.

yeah, that's what i'm assuming based on like logic.

 

but best its to clarify with respective insurance company and ask them how the procedures go about.

and i'm assuming the car has no damage but wandi bike has damage though. damn niao this kind of driver, cannot even opt for private settlement like maybe $500 - $800 will do already. BOOO :dot: :dot: :dot:

was at Bike Asia show today. cost $15 to get in, but the eye candy was already worth that.

 

in other news, you know you've arrived when people start to copy your work, as seen previously with the Kymco KR pirating the Honda CBR125. today i present you, Malaysia's response to our CBR150, the Demark DMR150.

 

Picture 1: overview

Picture 2: front fender. their's is slight longer at the sides. more plastic for me to 'mesh'. check out the gold forks and brand-less brake calipers.

Picture 3: haven't i seen this face before?

Picture 1: notice the silver colored chassis, also from pre '05 models. is that a kick start i see?

 

Picture 2: eh? why he got more buttons than me? time to go pluck some buttons off my old shirts and paste. note the copycat speedometer.

Picture 1: plain (and weak) looking yoke. maybe i can market my Carbon Fiber yoke protectors to them.

 

Picture 2: don't ask me what the specs are. sit on your lazy ass and go to their website.

 

Picture 3: still can attach one more photo, so here's NOT a Hummer H1. but i wouldn't want to be caught in its path.

hm..this DMR150 is really a direct copy of the CBR150. i would reckon that there's both good and bad sides to this though.

agree that the yoke part looks sucky.

totally plastic. but im impressed that there's a kickstart function to the bike.

i will prefer a bike w/ both electric + kickstart function anytime~

Did you draft out like a letter on a A4 letter of the accident plus took photos of the unmoved vehicles?

 

If you did, there's a high chance you will win this claim according to your claims.

 

Backside > Straight > Left > Right

 

this rule always apply in the event of claim.

all i did was to went to AXA to lodge accident report. then go NPC lodge 299. give them all to my bike shop he settle everything.

my bike shop called surveyor to take pics liao. the insurance claim all done by bike shop.

 

Anyway, my bike is up and running again. Wohoo, new head fairing. i love my bike more now.

 

But now got junctionophobia especially junctions along ECP Service Road. lol.

Don't really like the reflector on the front fender. Makes the bike looks like a bicycle but i love the gold coloured forks. ermm, idea liao. now can use other bike parts to 'cheng' our bike. lol.

from what i can imagine.. if that car driver is clever can just use any lady car licence n claim to be driver.. reason u didnt exchange particulars..

 

can easily shift the problem away which might affect your chances of claiming.. any p plate on the car then ? plus if u exchange and realise she didnt have p plate on u can even do complain.. sigh.. what if even she have no licence.. its all for u to consider the factors..

 

 

since u have lodge a report.. btw i rmb there is a clause exchange of particulars must be done? see can complain her or not ? let her have more trouble dont have to let her off..
