Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car

and oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.

Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall,

torque is how far you take the wall with you.

the furthest i brought the cbr150r is Genting Highlands with pillion and a filled to the max 42L Kappa box (courtesy of Limbat).

the shorter trips like kulai and desaru will be a piece of cake. i'm looking forward to the day i feel crazy enough to bring the cbr150 to thailand. :cheer:

i'm not really sure.

but the rear sprocket i saw the packaging, it's teal in color and with "MADE IN JAPAN" in front though.

for the front sprocket, didn't really have a look @ it. :dot: :dot:

edit

after changing the final drive, my ride feels much much more smoother as compared to last time.

last time feels very rugged, perhaps you guys can consider changing it too.

here's a comparison for pricing

wat are the sizes of the sprockets?

i will be heading over to change my sprock + chain set within a mth.

was wondering if i needed to get the sprockets in SG cause Ah Di told me he doesnt have original sprockets for our bike. but he can try looking for sprocket similar to ours which are originally intended for cubs.

i'm not sure about the sizes of the sprockets.

is there any way someone can guide me to see the number of teeths instead of counting it manually lol

but it seems like the same as my old one which is silver in color.

if i remember correctly the front sprocket is 14 teeths, as for the back i didn't see it from the packaging

i think change at malaysia better, so much more cheaper as compared to Singapore.

change singapore 1 time can change malaysia 2.5 times :thumb:

Its written on the sprocket itself as for the no of teeth. For stock, front should be 15 and rear should be 44, if im not wrong.

sgp 1 = msia 2.5?? I dont think so. 1 to 2 maybe. Actually the price depend on the chain. Standard DID gold chain cost 20+ bucks if im not wrong. As for o-ring, its 2 or 3 times compare to standard. If you get the o-rings DID gold at that price, then its extremely best price at RM98. Very good deal. :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:

O.O

i think it should be the standard DID gold chain X Ring instead of the what O Ring.

Anyways how to tell if the chain is O ring or not?

If i'm not wrong, the gold chain it's the 428VM one.

It's the lousiest one right? lol

I shall check it out the next time i go there again.

i did enquire abt cost of sprocket + chain at LAB before.

was quoted ard $40+ for cheaper chain & $60+ for better quality chain (DID).

anyway, color of the chain aside, DID does manufacture a wide range of chains also. some are better quality than others.

Im not very sure how to check. That time when I compare the o-rings and standard, I only can see that on o-rings chain, I saw black rubber on each link where I cant see any black rubber on standard chain. Correct me if im wrong.

Just for your info, our stock chain is o-rings chain. Cheers...

My mechanic told me that its not advicable to use heavy duty. He said it might cause lot of noise due to the big size. Not sure though. Have you ever used heavy duty on our CBR150???
