if i am not wrong, the government department responsible for pavement vs grass are different. maybe u managed to siam the TP cause yr bike was on the grass.

 

best policy is to park where it is not popular.

alternatively, avoid malls w/o free parking.

Talking about free parking, y all of sudden Vivo dont provide 1 for bike alrdy? It used to be free, but last 2 mths I went there, the barrier became so long. LOL somemore, after 3 hours it becomes hourly parking (if im not wrong). :faint:

 

Maybe got 1 stupid f****r spoilt the short barrier. LOL
