Most of us changed already cuz 2nd link petrol station their exchange rate sucks. If you want meet J and join us at Sembawang, there got money changer.

actually, you can change at the RR just before GP Esso. they have a money changer there.. i changed last week at 100/229.. but i think they close quite early.. 10+ close already? not that sure though.. but can change there tonite, not a prob.
