coz i see the SPT of those who park in multistorey cp have the M behind the carpark number, while mine dun have. must pay extra to park at multistorey?

nxt time they should build carpark like garage.. evey lot are separate and can be closed by gate.. then go up the price like 50% more i dun mind.. at least i noe my bike wun kena vandal or stolen

$50 per month for bikes and $200 for cars? u willing to pay?

thikn take that amount of additional money go employ a security guard and build a guard house at entrance of all MSCP or estate carparks and fence up the whole estate.. make like condo like tat.. install CCTV.. its a one time money and i think most of the residents will pay the one time amount for a safer enviroment and a peace of mind? maybe 1 house hold come out $100 or $200 i think more then enough right? 3000 x 200 = $600,000 more then half a million.. in another way also can create more jobs.. need to employ more jaga.
