I was driving along AMK avenue 1 towards avenue 6.

I was on the second lane which was going straight, and the lane on the right has the turn right arrow.

It was red light when approaching, so I rode on the dotted lines next to a row of cars waiting to turn right.

Upon reaching the red light, the green arrow flash, so I turned right (I was a partially inside the lane that had the straight arrow) & the red light camera flashed.

Anyone have similar encounters before?

That wouldn't discount the fact that u r turning right. If TP fault u, u shld fight to the end. Go to MP if necessary.

Red light camera flashes twice when activated if im not wrong. So if the 2nd pic taken shows that you're still at the stop line,i think you're safe.

Do note that if you are in the go straight lane but made a right turn, you may be charged for failing to form up correctly, 4pts, $120/130 fine. Friend kena before.

Smile! Tomorrow will be worse.

This is so much lighter a sentence compared to beat red light.

Hey I experienced the same thing at that junction but didn't get any letter though. Turn right green arrow using second lane where the second lane cannot turn right.

bro... can clarify first.... you say u did not use that road at that time means you weren't the bike caught for that offence? coz if you have witness that you weren't at the said time and place, its not called appeal, you go and dispute the offence. who knows theres a bike out there with a duplicate number plate of yours.

got case before some car go and put duplicate number plate then real owner kept getting parking summons at carpark he never go before.

It's true: it's more fun to ride a slow bike fast than to ride a fast bike slow. Admittedly, though... It is MOST fun to ride a fast bike fast!
