during my school days, (many yr ago). there are cig roll maker which is kind of fun to use. (all legal one of cos).

 

(it is a box like device, as big as our palm size only)

1. place the paper in the device.

2. place the filter bug and the "loosen glass thingy" (ang hoon or etc)

3. close the device and out come a rolled cig.

4. very nicely in presentation. not like those smalle sharp type of roller we see those "ah ma" rolled.

 

don't know such device still got sell or not nowadays.

thinking it was alrite he jux bring everything home

not sure wad is the fine for possessing a piece of pirated vcd but i heard he needed to pay $200,000+

yup this is true. the device so-calls measure the percentage of nicotine or something like that.

 

so those who thinks they can get away by putting all your contraband inside your cigarette cases, think again. they're quite strict nowadays. i spotted 2 guys trying to sell contraband along mandai road.

Hi guys.

to say bringing in 19 sticks of cigarettes is allowed overrated.

actually even the 19 sticks is taxable by singapore customs laws.

Dun takes things for granted.

Its just that if they summon one fella, to be fair they have to summon the whole lots of M'sia and SG bikers that just bring open pack of cigarettes. They dun have the manpower and time to do that. They just close one eye and let u pass.

Just my 2 cent view

usually on a normal routine check they let u go wif an opened pack cig and 5 dvd/vcd.. just don't suay2 they having 'operation'.. easiest to pass if busy/peak periods..
