i remember that time i buy my cbr

bike production saying the paintwork is comming

i thought was fake cos that time the 06 model haven even release any news

actually they shd release the whole motogp series in limited edition. repsol, telefonica movistar, camel and konica minolta. even at S$1k more than standard colours, globally cannot be they cant sell wat. heck i'd take the konica minolta colours just to be different.

Striking yellow camel paintwork is fantastic, but illegal in sgp? Still prefer movistar and camel, simply too chio....repsol too common liao.

those are painted by honda? or some other distributor go and paint and sell off for charity or something?

 

well of coz can paint ourselves. but as long as not painted by honda accompanied by an official cert, the diff is i paint my bike value drop, i buy official honda limited edition with cert and the value higher than normal......

 

but yeah i like that konica minolta, especially how they put white headlight cover to make it look like the light-less gp front cowl.

i aint got no inkling either weather its officially from honda, ripped it off from the litre CBR thread. Well its a good starting point to visualize ur bikes in GP attire.

The limited edition rossi R46 (sun moon design) costs abt 2K more than the normal R6 ...

 

Oh BTW mech, i got my swing arm sliders ready, later i came across another type which looks way cooler, its fixed thru the wheel axles costs ard 55-60. Available for both the front and rear wheel.

but that one has some extra tasty bits beyond just the paintwork rite? aftermarket end-can too i believe?

yeah i was gonna mention about the sliders i got. i know there are two types of sliders: the 'real' one fixed at the axle, and the 'fake' one (which i got) which is actually a center stand spool which motovation extended the length so that it can act as slider as a secondary function, fixed at the thread just under the swingarm specifically for center stand spool. i noe motovation supposed to carry both, but from their site it appears they now carry only the spool type which i bought, at least for honda/suzuki. i had suspected i would be getting the spool type based on the price. urs is motovation or other brand?

 

having fixed my sliders i kind of skeptical those things can protect my swingarm, but any protection is better than no protection i guess.

 

i'll put up pics of the sliders soon for other 600rr brudders to see. if they have the axle sliders available for our bikes, i suggest u brudders get those instead of the spool ones that i got. of coz u put both kiasu then best....

My RVF used to be in Camel paintwork. Ride about 1 1/2 yrs, never kana stop ley so I guess it's legal. Just recently sold to ASP Plate is FQ5046A. Wonder who's riding it noww

mine is the motovation spool/swingarm sliders (not thru wheel axle one). I got mine from motovation accessory, he says that the other type of rear slider (thru axle) will be arriving sometime next week, should be available for most bikes. Im really leaning towards being kiasu ...

 

Oh and the end can, its just a carbon fibre wrap of the stock end can. Maybe a better price reference would be the repsol design CBR 1000RR and the normal litre blade instead of using a yammy. Anyone knows whats the damage?

the recent honda motor show in jp is to showcase theire concept bikes, 1st bike with airbag, and the upcoming 06 models.

 

cbr600rr 06 movistar limited edition is one of them.

 

should arrive sg ard march/april i guess? siao liao...so nice! y they didnt do that in 05 models
