HHmm mine the fsatest I tried was abt 130+ but that is with a gradient downwards on the road and its wind assisted so don think it counts. But according to the specification it will be 120km/h stock. But with some mods mayb can hit 140+, mayb Kenny has a better answer :smile:

I saw the Komine Gloves (Red/black), stretchable type, at Motoworld previously ($45) and I think it looks great and not bulky for daily use. The downside of this glove is that the top part, coz its breathable, not so good. But the underside offers good protection from slides and falls. Will be picking that up after weighting the pros and cons.

 

I have also considered other brands like Taichi, Hondaka, Thor and Fox but I think they either look terrible, too fierce for the scooter or if they look nice, they tend to be too "chunky" with all the guards, etc. I actually liked one of the chunkier Fox gloves ($79) but after second thoughts, felt that its an "over-kill".

Last time I also like you, thought its uncomfortable. But ever since I got married last year. I have to think of my wife also and most of the things become "kia-see" already lah...Safety is now my number 1 concern and I need to show her that I am practicing that. So she can :sleep: soundly at night.

Hey no worries, there is always next time. Weekdays is not a usually convenient to meet. But we hav to discuss abt the trip hence the weekday meet up.

Mine is still stock apart from cosmetic touch up. Still waiting for Kenny to sponsor my X8 and turn it into a racing machine :cheer:

I'm thinking of planning to do something on the 23rd of this month. U guys got any suggestion and some show of hand of those tentatively can make it :confused: It will be nice if the newbies can come to share views and ideas and of cos get to know each other :smile:
