Aniways, i've just installed a new kickstarter(for Honda Dash actually) which is bend-shaped rather than the straight stock kickstarter. Now im able to kickstart without worrying it hitting my racing footrest hahaha..

 

So for those who are wondering where to get the kickstarter, pm me yahh!

My sonic died one day. I didn't have kick start, only electric starter. It was horrible. Had to push start and kep revving so it wouldn't die all the way till I reached my mechanic. D:

btw any one here modified their headlight wiring to tap power direct from battery instead of from engine alternator/magnetic coil?? means like when u switch on ur bike without starting, the headlight is on already..?

Ya man, it was a horrible experience. Dead battery and no kick start, in the middle of the road. D:

Haha yeah its true that our bikes very hard to find parts especially accessories and aftermarket ones..

 

About the rear shocks, if ur looking for aftermarket ones like yss and gazi, i'll say its very hard. Maybe can try chong aik branches or b-plus @ lavender. If original ones, try looking at FJT @ rowell rd there. Last resort, order frm thailand

 

About the headlights, well i did on mine but sadly didn work well. My battery went nearly flat the next day after modifying I straight away change back the settings to tap frm engine. I think its bcoz the battery on our bike not like those big bikes with higher capacity batts.

got some enquiries about sonic:

 

1. is there two models of sonic in sg?

because i've seen on the web pics of sonic which have "sharper" outlook (coverset)

 

2. the sonic use full length forks and single shock. is it more stable than othe cubs?
