anyway, my personal feeling is that things changes all the time... and usually they happen for a reason (be it good or bad)... some changes are controllable... some are not...

for those that are within your means to control, dun be in a hurry to make the change.

yes, many a times, we make rush because there are opportunity cost involved... but then, impulsive decisions are usually not the best way to address matters...

maybe i am more conversative, i tend to spend more time thinking through most of my decision as i have seen enough of life examples why certain things cannot be hurried... it took me about a year to decide is i should get a new spec III or buy a second hand spec II... it also took almost 3 years to decide that Joey is the right gal for me and i am the situable man for her...

yes, nothing in life is certain except for death and taxes...

and yes, in life we always take calculated risks...

well said.

we all noe he'll get well soon... we juz noe. currently he's more sober den b4 but due to his open wounds, it might not b suitable to go into the ward itself as there might b contamination.

alternatively, we can juz luk at him fr outside the panel. preferably dat way... unless the medical personnel or his parents say otherwise.

im sure wif all of us supporting him, all will b fine. meanwhile, take care fellow riders...

thanks for compliment...

but i say it takes one to recognise the other...

i would be by someones' definition of 'less nfortunate kid' by having to seem alot of things with my own eyes and learnt many lesson thru hard knocks...

some lessons are so painful that i hope that by sharing my 'experience' would help others to see things better so that they too, need not travel down the path that i have been thru...

anyway the focus is not on me but our dear friend...

i am not saying that we all go in together into his ward but just rally around to give our support...

so far, i personally have not gone into his ward but only view from beyond the glass panel... just doing the least bit i can for him...

Hey ppl,

visited him last sunday together with yuxiang. he is definately better. the nurse allow us to go into the ward but not all at once. we are allowed to touch him (after washing of hand though), managed to communicate by simply asking him questions and he will reply by a simple nod or shake of the head.

he promise us, he will not think much for now and concentrate on recovery. when he "said" this, his hand (which was holding on to mine) exerted force. I am sure he is determine to get well.

wat he really need now is support from his family, his gf and friends.

get well soon...

yup. hope our continuous support for him will speed up his recovery.

i think it does...

strangely but scientifically proven that moral support from family and friends does help in the recovery process...

your missy should know this what... :cheeky:
