Hello all,

Just asking since I just experienced this, if I park at a private mall carpark but not proper lot and got clamped, can I LEGALLY tow my bike away and deal with the clamp at a motordiam?

Say if I give them the option to remove but they want to leave it on and since it's my bike, I can do whatever I want with it.

Legal?

Thanks.

the clamp is their property. you can't just remove or damage it.

if i am not wrong, there is certain clause you deem accepted if you willingly uses their car park. for example:

you don't go inside someone's house, use the toilet and then decide not to flush, and then when the owner scolds you for not flushing you tell him to bugger off.

It's true: it's more fun to ride a slow bike fast than to ride a fast bike slow. Admittedly, though... It is MOST fun to ride a fast bike fast!

Private compound. Proper lots, if not enough, should Park elsewhere. Park illegally then you're at risk. Pretty sure they have warning signs about illegal parking in most compounds.

Any case, clamp = private property. Remove without owner's consent? Theft.

Smile! Tomorrow will be worse.
