I feel that my REVO is very slow in pick up..

Most of the 2b bikes seems to be ahead of me during traffic light turn green.

Is it my bike got problem or is it normal for a REVO.

Normally i change gear at 4.5.

 

Please advise.

of cos, 2b bike lighter ma, so they fly off at traffice light.

try change gear at 5.5 if not let them heard ur vtec roar.. haaa

If I'm not wrong, the open the throttle at full blast which means more petrol is being used? I normally changed gear at 3.5 RPM.

he sell lots of LED stuff. bought a pair for 8dollar

You need to loosen up your airbox and remove the hoses so that you can remove the carbs...

Is it possible to clean the air filter yourself? Last time in army they teach to clean with compressed air but don't know how to do it. Do I have to take out the tank first to reach the air filter?

u need to take off tank to access the filter..if u r using k n n air filter can wash wif the recharging kit.. then oil it then put bk.. if stock filter, jus throw when dirty

I see.. I just got my first s4 so not sure which air filter it's using. Which areas will air filter affect bike performance? FC, throttle response?

 

Anyway how much K&N filter costs?

Air filter will affect the throttle response, and the smoothness. Correct me if im wrong.

 

I would go for BMC or Pipercross air filter instead of K&N. Unique now have both BMC and Pipercross.

Are they proven to be better? Will it be cheaper to buy the filter and install it myself?
