I commute daily along Chin Swee tunnel, CTE. Can't help but notice what seems to be oil/diesel patches along both portions of the tunnel, either direction. Thing is.. I was wondering if its water or oil? Tend to avoid those... Its probably not cleared off due to the tunnel being sheltered right? Is everyone else avoiding them too? Seem like LTA doesn't quite clear it up fast enough, or do they even bother?

P-plate should be an attitude to safety and riding. There's always more to learn.

When in doubt - Avoid!

:p

If it's too late - Ride straight thru it...

Any lean on the bike will increase your risk of skid
