I think it really depends where you park your bike and how lucky or unlucky you are.

Some people never display their season parking ticket and nothing happens to them while others display their tickets later by one day and gets summon.

 

My area the enforcement is super tight, everybody "Quai Quai" display their season parking ticket and now their "RFID" disc

if all parking attendant give all riders a chance then they wont meet their quota la. but then again, maybe u can saman all the cars and lorries instead. good idea right?

lol i seldom look for bike unless the whole carpark cannnot get den no choice lor...somebody need to sacrifice their bike...
