Slowly lor if pain then dun exert too much force lor. But physio therapy is to use that muscle so that it build a stronger muscles ard that area of the bones. and more blood will flow at that area and if there is broken bones it will heal faster as the blood will grow there.

 

but does physio start only after there's no pain??? :confused:

 

aiyo, rest more, dun stress out ur muscles, a simple periodic rub or massage will help. imagine i last time 5-6 days my elbow cannot stay straight:(

Well physio is kinna try to forget abt the pain mentally also la. Yes the pain is ther when u move it but try to move it more it will slowly subside.

 

just like an open wound. The moment you wake up in the morning you will be like Sh!t damn pain but at the end of the day you feel like ok leh not pain tml will be better. but no lor same thing lor morning first thing wake up is the pain lor hahaha.

i hope u r in the pink of health :)

 

i think i'm starting to recover haha because i can feel the muscle there very tired .. unlike the past few days ... just that now when i walk around the house must be careful not to pull that muscle anymore ... but sometimes accidents do happen :cheeky:

Lessons:

today die lah .. take cab with my mother ... the taxi driver giving lecture to me all the way home on how bad bikes are ... :faint: ... but i also acknowledge his strongest argument is causing my parents undue worry ... haiz .. like that make me feel a bit bu xiao also ...

 

judging from today's experience going to school ar ... i think i need at least two weeks to recover liao :cry:

y not i give a lecture of mine to tat stupid taxi driver.

riders have a small group of those black sheeps while drivers are the majority ones:sian:

 

i drive too, tats y i can have the right to judge:angel:
