Mine gear 5 got rattling sound so I think should be cui liao. Only at gear 5 and not other gears

ok you need to let ah chong try out your fifth gear... a good chance that your gear need to be replaced...

please do NOT use your fifth gear in the meantime... unless you want to overhaul your engine as well...

to replace fork seal is about 60+... nevermind the incident since fork seal is a wear and tear part... have to be replaced regularly... oh yea and don't forget to state how stiff or how soft you would like your front forks to be... there are different weights of fork oil...

Must be never regular change your EO....

lol... which post are you referring to...

cos the point of impact zhun zhun kenna the fork seal area, i collided into the SP's exhaust end can tip. when observed closely, can see the scratches around the fork seal area. sian... :dozed:

haven replace la, need to wait for pay day which is a week later. still able to ride normally w/o any unstability or strange vibrations. no fork oil leaking either. damping effect still there. just concerned that water might seep in during rainy weather.

i think your damage is the seal dusk cover not the actual seal..

if the seal is busted..your fork will be oily by now the oil will turn into a nasty gooey black stuff .

Never argue with an idiot. They'll bring you down to their level and beat you with experience every time:dot:

hmm, part of the black rubber part is confirmed all banged up and cracked. i push down my fork with force, rode it around, no signs of oil leakage at all. i see whether i can get hold of a camera then i post it here for u all to see.

Usually u all buy saddle bag from where, can it last for 2 yrs or withstand weather condition ? Any price and recommendation

I got mine from madman, u can also try to get from ah koon..

Can withstand weather quite well, have been using mine for nearly a year, only a bit of rust on metal parts, the bag still looks okok, no water will flow inside unless super heavy rain..

price wise ard $160 for medium ones, u can buy padlock to lock your stuff inside if u want.

You will need to relocate your signal light for the medium ones.

Really? My friend told me it might cost quite a bit

Wheel alignment causes $80 at GNG motors.... Must leave bike overnight....

I might have some wheel alignment problem also...

I think you two are referring to wheel bearing instead...
