yeah.. I was reading the thread during my lunch time trying to see what times people were getting and just scribbling them down on paper as I went. After that I thought other ppl might also want to know but can't be arsed to read through all the pages so I thought might as well post them up seeing as I'd done all the hard work finding them. Basically the list just goes to show that the bike doesn't matter much at all. It's the rider that counts.

Not really.

 

Bike do matters. At least do up your brakes, suspensions and fresh track tyres. Like that you go fast and at the same time safer. Other than that, any bike also ok.

the guy is me but the bike sold long time ago. very long nvr go track liao almost 3 years. i now riding 954. if u planning to go pg ask me along lor. WW knows who i am.

Oh, what's your timing on the new bike? Is it improving?

:thumb: u can improvise ur timing to below 2 min. however i find that this GSXR400RR, they got problem with accelereations, but good at cornerings ... u can outwit the 600s in every corner, but lose out on straights .... I got 2:02 on my GSXR400RR, even tested by ang mohs .... still 2:02 ... i think u need to set the carb and change exhaust .... will be better ... i'm sure it's below 2min.

I guess the key is trying to keep the RPMs within the power band?

I just love it when it's hitting the 13k.

 

Could have pushed harder but it was my transport bike then

as well. I feared dropping a few gears down would destroy the gear box.

 

Anyway, looking for a GSXR400RR to do up.

It's a bike that I can afford to crash and not feel heart pain.
