think u service ur carb then c how. hope its not combusting of ur EO... do check EO level cos it will drop if EO is combusted... then piston ring most likely have to change.

Oil control ring? Dunno what is that. What is the function Btw? Costly?

The purpose of the oil control ring is to allow the EO to lubricate the cylinder walls when the pistion move up(BDC to TDC) and scrape the EO back when the piston move down(TDC to BDC) so if the rings "koyak" its allows the EO to remain in the combustion chamber. The other way to know if your engine is eating up EO is by reading the plugs.

To change the rings?..Its like overhauling the engine..Very expensive..

how many piston rings the piston shd have actually varies from engine models. but the rings' basic function is to seal the EO from combustion chambers so that they dun mix. if EO manage to make its way up to the combustion chambers, then both the ring have to change.

change the rings? good, after that, its like a new bike already...

like wat dildo inside the exhaust pipe hehe.... sori juz joking usually for 4 stroke bike they have 3 ring for a piston.... which u all know that super 4 have 4 piston... might be num 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 piston of ur piston ring koyak..... try putting sum 2t like 20ml into ur tank it will cause no harm n if u see that a lot of white smoke means that ur rings have the chance for u to change its

How to check the EO level? No dip stick. Or make the bike straight on the bottom right the clear part where there is 2 marking??

Egg? Nope. Coolant Haven check.

hmm... interesting... mine too, my exhaust smell also gave me a very strong patrol "taste" recently. Think last time forget to top up coolent, so could be my engine oil got eaten up a bit. My S4 just did a top overhaul 4 months ago and service my carb at K&T less than 1 month ago, so dun tink got anyting to do with my piston ring. Crazy, do you top up your coolent regularly too?

What you guys think??
