I kanna a letter from the traffic police department.Say i anyhow park bike

 

Can i know which website to go to appeal for the waive off?

you have to type the appeal yourself. remember to be sincere and make sure you don't park illegally again or the appeal will fail and a next tier of punishment would be given (exempli gratia if this summon was $70 it can become $500)

 

do your best! :cheer:

 

I can't give you my template... I just call my friend in there to pass my appeal... :clap:

from wad i read in the forum is $70 fine and demerit 12points(due to p plate)

the $70 fine sounds normal...

 

and no, there shouldn't be any demerit points... it was just illegal parking on pavement right...?

try to make it a habit to not anyhow park whether there's points or not.

12 Demerit points from wad i know is only chiong red lights. others uncertain but illegal parking shouldnt be 12 points unless ur bike blocked Guan Yu Lee's car. that one demerit 200 points.

 

anyway, 70 bucks also pain sia. i can do alot with 70 bucks!!!!

 

avoid bus lanes when its in operational times too. 130 bucks. car or bike all same price.....

Think the fine is enforceable and not the demerit points.

1. it was in full view of the cameras before the gantry;

2. i know that one cannot stop before the gantry to either,

a) wait for the gantry time to pass up;

b) slot in cashcard in the last minute;

3. think shall just sit back & wait la.. :D

 

some days i damn lazy to ride.

 

but those days i lazy to do anything also.

that will only happen when i'd gone thru a long & harsh day on the road under the sun... but when night comes, & especially after sch, the sound of the engine coming to life again jus brightens me up... :D

yess i just park on those pavement near hdb block only lo.. got summon by cisco after i park there for ard 20mins only..

up down the main-stand had never been a problem to me till i had meet the accident ...... :sian:

 

when riding i just be spending more time on the road than in the petrol station .... :cheeky:

rider was in a coma for three days, and required multiple surgeries to repair his eye sockets and get his eyes to stay in his head. He was also mentally confused for a couple of weeks. The helmet is a Nolan flip-open helmet. Normally, one expects a helmet to protect your head in a crash; in this case it seems my friend's head protected the helmet. I believe the hinge mechanism hit his temple, causing the eye socket damage and severe concussion.

well... it isn't very likely that you would climb curbs with your dyna as often as we do with our lighter bikes... right...? :cheeky:

after school... the countless attempts to kick start my bike brightens me up too... today I only spent 7 minutes kicking it... :sian:

it was 95% likelihood that someone called and complained about your bike... I am very friendly to all the neighbours living at my block so that they won't... hehe... :sweat:

thats why we should use dot and/or snell approved helmets to protect ourselves... although I have this bad habit of not wearing my fullface helmet if I have to park anywhere for any reasons...
