actually this bike quite powerful

i was one of the first few the ride it during ns.

saf even got yamaha to bring in a former japanese race biker.

this old man 60+ yr old performed jumps on 2 metre slopes at the saf driving centre.

i think it's the rider, not the bike.

personally rode that bike yamaha AGF200 during my recce times.. it was my first bike, treat it like my baby man, but too bad i had to ORD.haha...Anyway the bike is heavy and cumbersome la...

lame crashbars that trap ur foot when u crash/skid, lousy tires that puncture every other riding detail, super noisy vibrations when u go above 70km/hr. not to mention all the stupid stuff that SAF made to the wiring harness tt it breaks down 50% of the time u wan to use it.

however, this bike has seen me thru the super siong armour circuit in LCK. down into 1.0m water filled ditches and came out a-ok. up countless hills of various gradients some which had me screaming **** in my mind. Before Asarama became a playground for kids, it was hellish to ride on. but pretty cool. overall ups for this bike!!

Also to note is the weird gear change style. N-1-2-3-4-5 forgot got 6 anot.dun think so. caz its quite slow!!!

 

PS, its used by farmers to zoom ard their farm land de.

yes its an ag200.. ag stands for agriculture.. used by farmers.. high power low speed.. 1st and 2nd gear ratio about the same.. prostitute bike, as lovelingly labelled by army pals (: rode it, going to ride it in taiwan.. just clocked 800 km in 4 days with that bike.. problem is crash bars weigh it down.. total weight 120kg forgot with or without petrol.. similar to a tw though, i personal riding a tw.. yes it can go up steep slopes, if there's traction.. but usually riding offroad no traction so no point.. go cck drive shell and camp if you wanna see these bikes, most mid veh go there and pump petrol de.. semi off-road tires.. not good on road, not good off-road.. engine heats up fast, similar to most air-cooled engines, but cuz this one cannot travel fast, so not "cool" enough (: have a black-out mood (which i think no point) which cuts electricity to all parts of the bike.. so no horn, no e-start etc.. but the switch wire usually loose, so when on road sometimes headlight suddenly off, must meddle with the switch wiring den headlight comes on again.. no point have such a switch cuz got switch to off headlights, which is good enough le.. (:
