F650GS Darkar gives you superb handling when you are on it, be it on tarmac or off road. It's good for touring in Malaysia where the road conditions vary. But i have friends who went up to Thailand and Cambodia on it too..Nice bike, almost wanted to sell mine off but each time after riding it for a spin, come back decided to hold onto it...

hows the maintance like? I know a typical Beemer cost alot to maintain due to the premium prices in parts... hows the support as I heard the production has stopped? pls advise....sorry if i phrased any of my questions offendingly...

eh... i am not the 1st owner of the bike.. when i got the bike from previous owner it did not come with side boxes and my friend told me it could be parallel imported. Therefore, i dont go PML for servicing. Always send my bike to Dili at Ubi. Ah Hai there is good at servicing BM bikes. So my servicing is about $60 - $70. It way much cheaper as compared to charges at PML.
