wr250 and wr400

i don't know see from which trend. i hear the mention of 2008 yamaha super motard bike. wr250 and wr400. i mean they come stock with road tire and all this. does anyone hear of these new bike? i used to ride a wr400 many yrs ago. it is very powerful. if this wr250 & wr400 now come with motard version. i think it is a worth buying. i know it is 4stroke.

erm, i dun tink 08 wr250f is a motard.. it's a full road-legal dirt bike, unless you mod the wheels..

 

and no more wr400 as well, yamaha upgraded it to wr450f too..

sideboards?? where?? i dun even see any!! the white part seems more like the airbox cover to me..

 

but this 2 WR250 are not the actual WR250F.. the actual WR250 still looks like a full-fledge scram.

u bet.. da 07 wan is like a full fledge motocross made st-legal.. juz like da crf will nvr be.. haiz.. my fren bot an 02 wr4 laz yr.. still wif yz426 kit.. wasted.. da yz450 kit more nicer.. but da 07 is a totally diff wr.. much more nicer..!

wr400 is plastic tank.. da yz kit makes it comparable to ktm sx kit.. btw.. my fren got frm mah.. his iz da 01 model.. wif yz426 kit.. when he bought it laz yr.. der were 2 more pieces left.. now i tink all sold already..

2008 WR250R ('trail' bike) and WR250X (motard) are both using Fuel Injection instead of carb. Both compression ratio is at 11.8:1 and weigh in 126kg and above.

The 2007 WR250F is probably the more 'extreme' one, still utilizing carb and comes with with higher compression ratio of 12.5:1 and 106kg dry weight.
