swoosh bro hope ur alright man - couldn't get thru to you. for info i just got word from Rudy that swoosh was involved in an accident. dunno to what extent the damage is to the rider or bike

 

I saw his bike bit bad, but i hear from kaozie he fractured his arm ... hope you ok bro...

 

but 1 question bro .... how the iron balls doing .. i see the dent at the tank ..whalanndeyyyy scared man....

 

it's a damn shame when you have to see this happen but important things is he'll live to ride another day. tried to contact him but i guess his phone was switched off earlier on today. speedy recovery bro

 

Thanks for the well wishes. I'm Ok . Dunno the extent of the damages yet, the front of the bike was destroyed. The h & B guard saved my 2 legs. My comp. insurance will take care of $$$. Overall I am lucky to come out of the mishap with a wrist fracture and swollen crotch.

i am tempted to get the GS800 not because of it is good (cos it is not that super technically) but mainly it looks soooo good!!!!

ya ain't the only one dude!! heheh long before the V my No.1 on my hitlist was the Tenere -- still is! then next the GS800 but realistically spealking i dun think i can afford nor maintain it...yet so the next was the KLR650. dat one also never came in so last was the V.

 

if by some sick fate the Tenere manages to come in...somehow....i might switch...i dunno tell me i'm a crazy fool but i just gotta have that bike...then i'll shut up

been quiet in here lately - swoosh how's the repairs on ur bike coming along dude? hope all's under way. my Alu-trax:thumb: just arrives coupla days ago and i've fixed them up. will post pics soon. the only ***** fixing up the side racks, was screwing in the securing locks - a 50 cent coin and plier combo will do the trick.

anywyas, here are some pics i managed to snap of the installed Sw-Motech Alu-Trax panniers.only complain so far is that the left locking latch to the carrier/rack is loose - somehow it doesn't tighten up when u completely lock it. might need to use a C clip or simplest solution - use rubber bands on the mating/hooking points of the carrier to ensure a snug fit.

nope i got it from local dealer BikeTech21 but thing is they dun do installation - i fixed it up myself as instructions was quite str8 forward. sure thing if got meet up can have a closer look
