Just to share with all, got my storm handguard, sw crashbar and RG radiator guard. Will install them this week and post some pics to share.

 

Still waiting for my boxes and racks which should arrive month end. Long wait. Cant do any rides yet till then...

May I ask why did you replace your KTM with Versys?

KTM990ADV negatives:

-gets hot very fast. fan cut in at traffic light. cut in at orchard.cut in at amk. cut in everywhere except the highway.

-very rough. not smooth. throttle cannot maintain below 3000rpm.

-go malaysia everywhere people stare and ask about ur bike like they plan to steal it tonight.

-wear and tear higher compare to jap bike.

-not as reliable as jap bike.

-singapore weather is 30D. Austria is 10D.

-no friends riding the same bike.

-no GS wanna follow me to Endua offroad.

-parts price is scary. $350 for a original plastic front mudguard.

-That bike shop entertain ang mo only.

 

KTM990ADV positive:

-raw torque and powerful that pulls away from 1200GS anytime.

Went there with dickchingus to service bike. I had mine radiator flush and replace with fresh coolant.

May I ask are you able to stop your Versys with only rear brake alone...? I don't feel biting power of my rear brakes.

I've got to really step on the pedal like I mean it...lol. Usually the ABS will kick in.
