Went to change my brake hose on friday, dismental by 2 mech..then fix back by 1 mech. He's new and from CHINA ! Guys please dont let him touch ur bike..he bleeded my brake line then after that i went to try. Told him my brakes are spongy but he say NO..nb..another mech oso told him spongy, he still insisted ok ! This nvm, the other mech done up for me..then today i found my handle cover being crack open 1 inch long ! That guy CANNOT make it ! Spoilt my things and his atitude is fu*k up and still dare to stare at me when he done wrong ! CHINA quality service ! So pls guys dont let him touch ur bike !

you should have brought it up to the boss there. one of the mechanics broke a screw on my bike before but he reslove the matter within minutes and replaced the broken screw. accidents do happen, no human is perfect.

Remember once i change my bulb, Told him want e normal bulb e person nvr informed me the price and after change charge me $20plus or $30plus.. was shiok , knn i want normal 1 n charge me so ex so kpkb the boss n in e end $5 for normal.. still find it ex.. Wanted to go other shop but is 7plus n most of e shop closed

yar i went there recently to fix up some stuff. seems that the little china guy has a little problem. most of the time i see him bumming around and when i try to strike a conversation with him or ask him questions he will tell me he "dun know, ask the mech" maybe must be patient with him lor or w8 for the other mechs to teach him properly.

Nb i only found out the crack yesterday..how to complaint ? Sure say his mech nvr break one la ! i use super glue to fix back la..no choice..knn

I tink my skill better than him la, i tke out everything oso nvr break man ! ****ing piss off with all the crap he made !

wahh..an update for me about Motoworld, now got chinaman mech huh...last time my fren went to change rear tyre for his ST11, witnessed their mech struggling to take off ST11 rear wheel...But their aftersale customer service quite OK plus theirs accessories.

There's a Mechanic at motoworld with the name of Ah Meng. next time, what u should do is, get your parts and let this guy change. He's good and does a clean job. I would recommend him. Or there's a shop at Alexandra industrial park row right behind HKL, a mechanic with the name of Ali, he does a good job too and so Mr.Chan at Mtecknik. These mechanics really do a good job. to me the most important is a job well done.

i oso heard from my buddy moto world ve a china man who has attitude problem, he oni answer "dunoe" or "ask the other guy" ... I tink regular customers shld complain tis china man to the boss in order to maintain the shop's reputation....
