Its going to break my heart letting the bike go,,,but life is full of goodbyes.

I have seriously considered taking the bike to Thailand....where my home is.

I would only consider "legally" riding the bike there,,,,I have too much to lose there if the sh*t were to hit the fan...I,m sure you understand.

It all works out mega exspensive for what its worth and there a heap of bikes in Thailand.

I have a friend who has , recently sent 5 bikes including a Harley from Dubai to Thailand ,,all stripped down and in various containers,,applied for "legitimate (read MATE)" registrations.

Is it really worth it?

I dont think so.

So long FQ,,,you,ll be a hard act to follow.

Your asking price is pretty reasonable for a 98 reg bike. The bike will find a new owner very soon.

Cheers Max ,,its a bargain really.

Seeing that owners are wanting the same money for Phantoms and the like.

I love to see traffic lights turn red before I get to them,,look at what victims that are at the lights, about to be slaughtered,,,and just let it rip man!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have to laugh to myself in my helment at the likes of Evo,s and Imprezas giving it go ,,,,haha...next traffic light sucker.

My mate is trying to sell a very nice 03 R1 on the Forum,,9K +

Finding it hard to find a buyer.

R1 + traffic lights = not much fun I think.

Vmax has a unique feeling,,,,,,I owned GSXRs for years,,,but didnt get the same reward.

Cheers

The Handle Bar is a great place to have a few beers at.

Chris and Jan are great, down to earth people.

I,ve seen my first Ducati 1098 there....plus supermotard...cool.

Triumph Rocket 2.3

And now V Max.

I,m not into big badges on my back and leather underpants but what ever grabs your fancy , you cannot get away from lovely bikes on view.

Cheers

Hi Vmax owners,

anyone has any idea on fitting luggage boxes whether side or top case to this bike?

a 2nd hand Vmax roughly costs around 3-4k?

thanks!
