need to reendorse? i thought just transfer between owners then go to LTA make the proper transfer?

Yes, transfer btw the owner and get the orginal certificate 1st. After have to go down bikeshop/agent transfer the ownership for the pipe/end can. Completed the transfer of ownership, the last step is go down to LTA for inspection to certify the pipe/end can is legal mount on your bike. They will issue the LTA certificate to you.

 

Last time when i ride S4 and did the transfer of my yoshi, the total cost ard $90++. Trasnfer of ownership cost $20, LTA inspection cost $70++ buck...

Anyway, LV sound nicer. But GPR look nicer with X9.

sadly i heard that leo vince for X9 is now non-street legal.. then those last time installed on their X9 how sia?? their money wasted? Cuz i very interested in getting LV from sum1 but now non-street legal
