Hi all,

 

I am currently riding a wave for a while. Didnt do any modifications to it. But if I were to change all the parts; suspension, mirrors, stand, footrest, rims, etc... roughly how much will that cost?

I see all the cups on the road, some damn solid with all the shiny metal parts. I seriously thought of gg to Malaysia as I intend to change all the parts at 1 go. (easier + cheaper)

 

I read the previous threads and came to know about this JB Ah Boy. Anyone been there to change before? Is it good?

from my point of view...

malaysia is cheap but 1 thing very important is their service damm poor

u pay wad u get

 

sometimes when ur new spareparts cant be fit in they will try to fit in vigrously

making ur bike unable to fit back ur stock parts if u wan to fix back

I see. I think you may be right about the service there. The price you pay is basically for the items only.

But roughly how much cheaper is it compare to singapore shops?

I really tot of changin majority of the parts changable, any idea how much it would cost for this whole package?

Hi, yes I thought of going, but currently listening to the advices of those who have been there.

I dont mind gg to the shop to take a look, and service the bike. But I dont know the directions. So if a group is gg, will see if I can join them.

malaysia ahboy isnt the cheapest, sometimes diff shop sell at diff price

u want to save u must be patient and scout a few shops

 

even cheap shops like ah boy will have high prices sometimes

its true.

 

my wave engine cover carbon fibre was quoted rm25 by ahboy but when i went to ah lai shop his dad give me for rm 8 onli

 

so be careful no use buying blindly and trusting their reputation onli. u must see for usrelf one

they can service S4 ter..

 

actually any shop can service S4..

 

guo Hui(jb ah boy) overhauled a spec 1 before
